This is my second purchase of rims for two different vehicles and I will say extreme custom did a wonderful job communicating with me nothing bad to say rims and tires look beautiful bring the whole car out
I will be purchasing another set afterwards

Communication was great! Shipment arrived in a timely manner.

I’ll start with what went well. Packaging of the wheel/tire package was done well. Strapped to a pallet and FedEx was great. Put the whole pallet right in my garage. That’s about where the good stuff ended. A month from order to delivery with the only communication from EC was motivated by me to find out where my wheels were. Tried to cancel the order before the wheels were shipped and was told they were already shuttled and that was a lie. Mounted the wheels and took the car out for a spin, 40mph and under no worries. Get ont eh freeway, wheels not balanced. Now I have to spend more money getting the balancing right. I get 24” wheels are tough sometimes to get balanced but I find it hard to believe that they didn’t k so these were off balance. I’ll go back to old supplier next time.

Instructions- none... but visually sensible for location and mounting.
Install Parts- yes! Got everything i needed short of a new drill.

Had to settle for a different set of wheels from what I originally had ordered. Was none too happy about that but, oh well. I wish people were more competent these days...bought, paid for and assumed that they were going to be shipped out. Nope sold to me, had stock, yet mysteriously you all had none to ship. 🤯 I mean, WoW. Smh

Very good in helping me size tires and wheels

LACK OF COMMUNICATION. I HAD TO CALL AND TEXT AND EMAIL SEVERAL TIMES TO GET A TRACKING NUMBER. I ORDORED TIRES ON 03/29/2025 BUT THEY DIDNT GET THEM READY FOR FEDEX TO PICK UP UNTIL 05/07/2025. THEY SAID THEY HAD TO BE PALETIZED,BUT WOULDNT YOU THINK THAT A PLACE THAT SALES TIRES WOULD KNOW THIS AND BE PREPARED FOR IT. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY TIRES.

When a customer is spending hundres of dollars or more they expect quick shipping. I placed my order on a Wednesday and it didnt leave the warehouse until the following Monday. Unacceptable…

I purchased a set of wheels in the past and all was good. Perfect fit. Purchased wheels a month ago that are guaranteed fit and they’re not even close the only way they will fit it with a huge spacer that makes the car look like crap these people have totally ghosted me and will not return my calls. Text emails anything. I am sitting on $1400 worth of wheels that I will never use and my hopes of them contacting me are diminishing daily no way to run a business.

Perfect transaction. No shipping damages, very well packed. Awesome experience, the online ordering was easy. I chose Extreme Custom over several local shops due to the ease of ordering and the you tube videos that I saw. Tire and wheel package, they arrived mounted and balanced with lug nuts.
I still need to install, hopefully this week or the weekend. Thanks

The selection of wheels and tires were great. I found exactly what I was looking for. My purchase was packaged with care and arrived in a timely manner. The prices were decent and they offered a few different payment options. Will definitely use them again.
