The extractor fan operates efficiently…

The extractor fan operates efficiently and I am very satisfied with its performance.

The reason for not giving 5 stars was because the timer does not have the option to increase or decrease the time it should stay on after the light of the bathroom goes off.

wrong item delivered…

Ordered extractor and energy saving grille. Wrong grille delivered although invoice was correct. Informed, you then you sent a different but wrong grille. Informed again you sent correct item.....arriving 4 days after extractor was fitted

Good quality PIR sensor fan at a good price

Good quality fan at a good price. Moves significantly more air than the previous fan and the PIR sensor works very well. Delivered promptly.

Genuine original part and great value

The fan I needed was a little unusual as it was part of the building ventilation in a flat. Extractor fan world had just what I needed, a lot cheaper than the manufacturer's site and it was a genuine part, not a copy. Next day delivery ensured it was in place quickly and my tenants were happy. Super service.
