I called customer service, who asked me to log a ticket, so I did. This was Apr 13, about 3 months ago, still no reply after several follow-ups.
Reading the comments below I’m starting to wonder if they even have customer service.

I ordered a WHITE Merida hoeklounge that includes a table, a corner bench and a straight bench. The package that was delivered to our house contained a BLACK table and straight bench that had several big, visible scratches on them.
I sent a customer complaint on the Exterioo website the day after receiving the box to get the black, scratched elements replaced with the white ones I ordered. We are now TWO months later and I haven't heard anything back.
This is probably the longest time I've ever had to wait for a client follow-up.

Before purchasing a large item of products, I read the horrible reviews on the internet. When we finalized the order, I told this to the store in Zaventem but they said that this was in the past. So I saw no reason not to trust them. Two weeks ago the logistics company showed up at our door step and said that because the item is too heavy (90kg) two people can't lift. They asked me to help them lift despite the fact that I paid extra for a delivery to our garden.. When I couldn't they left without delivering. Since then, I called them 3 times- no follow up, no solution. Today I asked for a refund via email and the response I get is an automatic reply stating "at the moment our customer care is very busy we will look into it when we get a chance". I highly recommend that you do not buy from Exterioo until they solve their issues with their logistic partners.

Their customer service is the worst. They won't respond to any questions through the portal or even pick up the phone. We are waiting for a payback of almost EUR 1000 and they are no where to be contacted. Super bad. It’s regarding order nr 764900. Please reach out to solve

Advice: avoid this company. Making simple agreement to return the product is impossible for over 2 month
Dossier number 2209510 last agreement was made to pick it 27th may after waiting whole day without update and 20 minute phone call company informed that probably it will be picked up 9 juni (year unclear) its only 2,5 month later. Overall more than 10 emails& 10 phone calls where needed to reach this point every step is very energy consuming with this company. AVOID BEFORE YOU WILL REGRET!

Exterioo's standard answer to poor customer service below... unacceptable when you wait a month for help!
Complaint ID still outstanding - 2213387-01... I am still waiting for appropriate after sales support... good luck anyone ordering new... PLEASE note, I have not seen a positive review for Exterioo Customer Service yet! They are great at selling but when things go wrong, the service is non-existent.

Worst aftersales support ever. Now nearly a month with no resolution to the problem. If you buy from Exterioo and something goes wrong- expect zero help and support! I would never buy from them again and think people should know. Before you buy, please call their Customer Service team first- just to see for yourself what little service you get!
As it seems like Exterioo only respond to negative reviews through Trustpilot, I am giving them my reference number here in a hope someone will call me.

DO NOT BUY from this company. Their customer service is some of the worst I have experienced. If you want no-after sale service, please waste your money, but if you want a company that actually reads you concern, responds appropriately, do not choose Exterioo. I have been waiting for a replacement table for a year, finally had it scheduled (because their company only delivers to certain areas on 1 day per week), and took the day off and no one showed up. Then contacted them, and there answer was opps, were sorry, just book another date. Simply poor and embarrassing customer service.

I bought a garden table (Bahia) with 6 chairs (Bahia BAHIA WHITE textilène WHITE-GREY) on sale in March with delivery date in June. In June they called me saying that the product would only be delivered in October! Nonsense. We went to the store and they offered us another product. It wasn't what we wanted at the beginning but we accepted it in order to enjoy the summer. When they delivered one of the chairs, it was defective and I asked for it to be replaced. I received period of 45 working days to evaluate my complaint, another nonsense! Well, after this deadline I received an email to schedule the exchange of the product and annoyingly only has a date for December!!!!!! A great disregard for the consumer. Store that sells more products than it actually has the capacity to produce. Notable for the comments above. I do not indicate and do not buy in Exterioo Eindhoven ever again.

This has to be the absolute worst webshop of all time. I ordered a table, six chairs and a loungeset. Everywhere on the site it said 'in stock'. At the last moment, I receive a message that it would be delivered in July. Then I receive a mail stating. Your delivery is delayed. So I call and am told that I would receive the table, chairs and loungeset in a few days. The cover would be delivered later. Two weeks later and nothing. Not even a mail. I call again and am told, oh by the way you will get your furniture now in October. I then asked to speak to someone else. Was not allowed. I tried to cancel. Spoke to Philip (who refused to give me his last name for reference purposes). Then told that I have to wait for two weeks to see my money back. Oh yes, also here told 'you just have to wait'. This is bordering on fraud. Do not buy here. Be warned.

We bought a lounge set (Merida loungeset) and three weeks later we decided to contact Exterioo to confirm the delivery date (which would initially be July). After no answer to the email for days, we contacted Exterioo via the website, only to hear that the product we bought had a delay and it would only be delivered in October! A three month delay would leave us sitting on the floor during the whole summer. There was no message from Exterioo to us informing about the delay, which would help us to make a decision earlier to find another tuinmeubel provider. If we have not taken the initiative to contact them, we would not hear about this delay. We asked for a refund, it will take at least 14 days for us to receive our money back (so we can THEN buy another lounge set somewhere else).
The link to the lounge set we bought is still available, as if the set was still on stock, so more people will probably buy it and face the same problem we have faced. Very bad customer service and no control over their own supply chain. Definitely not recommended!

I’ve purchased a garden set in March with delivery scheduled for May 8. The set was never delivered.
On May 10 the customer service told me that due to quality issues, the delivery was postponed to mid-August. How about informing customer when there’s a 3 months delay?!
I decided to cancel the order and get a refund. 4 weeks after I’m still waiting for my money. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy anything at this company. I want my money back!!!
