Extremely disappointed

Extremely disappointing quality & customer service experience. I spent 1300+ euro on an outdoor aluminium loungeset which was delivered 3 weeks ago. When the loungeset is not in use it is covered and I've even taken extra care with putting the cushions inside. However there was a day where the aluminium was uncovered for a few hours in the rain, after cleaning the loungeset there were still visible water marks/stains left. Of course for an outdoor aluminium loungeset I would expect it to be fit for purpose and be able to withstand a few hours of rain (especially when I have not even had it for 1 month). I immediately got in touch with customer service when I saw this and sent them some photos and they advised they will send me an aluminium cleaner & protector and the loungeset will be as new (no mention of cost on this call), which I was happy to agree with. I then received an invoice for this and called customer service as I was under the impression this would be sent free of charge and they agreed that this is not right and will adjust the invoice to 0,00. Today I got another email to tell me that actually the loungeset has been 'misused' and I will not be sent the cleaning products. I don't understand how it is possible to misuse an outdoor loungeset that has mostly been covered during the 3 weeks I have had it? And how can you first agree with me that this not ok and then after tell me this is my problem?

Friendly

Friendly, not pushy for a sale. The seller was thinking with us about options. Calm and fun.

The store has many options and you can create the perfect garden set.

Update: the chairs had a delivery date of mid June, got delivered a few weeks early (one with a small damage).
The table however had a delivery of early may, then mid May, and now beginning of June. This while it was directly available.
Support also does not know where it goes wrong.
Speed and updates regarding issues, are a bit slow in my opinion.

Quality Product and Delivery- well packed and neatly delivered

We really had a good experience in buying our garden furniture from Exterioo. We did it directly from the Store at Ekkersrijt, Eindhoven/Son-en-Brugel. Staff Ms.Nicole took care of complete booking and making sure to get it delivered by the agreed date. It is super fast and well delivered by DynaLogic. No damages and neatly packed. We would recommend people to buy from Exterioo stores directly.

We too had lot of confusions after reading the existing reviews but this service kept our confusions away with this successful and quality delivery as promised.

No spare parts available

We purchased about 15years ago 2 Caravelle sets. Over the years, the textilene was deteriorating which is normal. We have now requested to buy 2 new back parts since we can’t replace the textilene there and although the model is still for sale, they refuse. So I should throw away my actual 2 Caravelles and buy new IDENTICAL new ones which economical and ecological is a waste of resources with no added value. So saying that the model is not anymore for sale is not correcr because it is 100% the same model

just promises - no service

Ordered a lounge set. Delivery incomplete - no assembly instructions. Have now spoken to customer service 6 times in the past 2 weeks as they promised to send over by email - how hard can that be? Nothinh to date - only excuses but no solution. Never ordering here again.

Extremely disappointed in customer…

Extremely disappointed in customer service. I ordered furniture covers two weeks ago with a delivery date of 14 September and have still not received them. I’ve phoned multiple times and received multiple new delivery dates, only for my order to still not arrive. I called again today only to be told that ‘this is not something to be upset about’. I’ve been promised an answer by latest tomorrow morning, however I’m not holding out much hope.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING

About a month ago we bought a garden set and accessories. They made an appointment to purchase the items on a day. The day that the items were going to purchase, they told us first that there was a problem with the system (this was a fault of the customer service). Later in the evening we got an email, the reason of not delivering item was changed to it is too busy. They made a second appointment and you can guess that also the second time the items were not delivered. We called the customer service (reaching them was exceptional difficult) and cancelled our order. Later we had to call them 4 times to ask our money back. We had to explain 4 times why we cancelled the order and also they told us that we had to pay extra 75€ because the items were already put in a vehicle and they are cancelled. We are very upset about the service !!!!!!!
