EXTENDERZ company, in my opinion, is running a scam on its customers. They sell defective products then THE CUSTOMER must prove they are defective. The product they sent me was defective when I plugged it in as it would never charge not operate at all. AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM EXTENDERZ AS THIS COMPANY, PER MY OPINION, IS RUNNING A SCAM. I AM CONTACTING THE FTC, THE POST OFFICE AND THE NC ATTORNEY GENERAL. EXTENDERZ MIGHT JUST BE A POSTER SIGN FOR INTERNET SCAMS.

I haven’t received my product and have been waiting for a month.

My package has been delayed so many times. When I checked with the delivery service Ontrac the automated service tells me that my tracking number 1LSCY8Q0006Q17B is invalid. It's been over two weeks and I'm still waiting. There's no number to contact a live person. This is a mess!
