Site excessively glitchy. Messages just disappear ( like ALL OF THEM) for no apparent reason. Customer service very slow to get back to you, if they get back at all.
You would think a site with so much traffic would stay on top of their tech better.
There are too many fake profiles.
Their billing service is just OK.
Overall, just kind of disappointing, and could be so much better.
I joined this website after browsing a bit and I thought it was worth the money. Soon after I signed up for the premium membership and became active, I received lots of contact messages, which looked suspicious immediately because of the formatting of the location where I am. Messages wrote like this: "Hi, are you still active and are you also living in Inca Balearic Islands?" The next message contained the same location indicator, and the next one again. These were fake messages from bots. The next day these were all 'de-activated'. The website states a message that users are likely to de-activate their website because they have found a partner. Do you believe it ? If you look closely to the listings, you will notice that most of them are fake.
I have requested a full refund, on which they do not respond. I will not rest before I get my money back. They are charging the money through their EU company in Ireland, so they must follow up and respect the 14 days cool off period, which applies to buying subscriptions online.
If needed I will hire a lawyer to get my money back, but my bank is already preparing the chargeback, which will cost TSdates.com at least $25 more than returning the money back to me.
So my strong advice is: do not join this website.
I checked the box below this review that I wish TSdates.com to be informed about this review, which would be sent to info [at] tsdates.com, but their server is 'misconfigured' I found out just after posting this message when I myself wrote a message requesting again the refund to be honored. Mail server response: "Your message couldn't be delivered to info [at] tsdates dot com because the remote server is misconfigured. See technical details below for more information. " . Another proof of being a scamming website.
