Didn't like the fact that I had to pay 4 time for a service that was displayed as a set price. Also your service show that it will be completed within 24hr after paying the fee and when I pay the fee... See more

Great service and great communication especially with a difficult unlocking

Speedy service, said it would take 24 hours but only took 2. Well worth it.

I'm sorry I didn't google the reviews for this website before sending them my money. I was sent a code that didn't work and all I asked them to send me a refund is like they have an AI responding having me in circles. Now I ask for my refund they send me a different code. I don't need another code, I need my money back ASAP.
I told you to refund me back the $60

I would be very wary of this. The company do unlock your phone and provide a good service but a couple of days later, after receiving £10 back for leaving a positive review, my card was hacked and someone tried to take a lot of money out. I also got a phone call pretending to be my bank and offering to sort it out. When I finally did sort it out through the bank, they asked if I had used any unusual websites. This was the only one. You give them your bank details and phone number. So beware!

typical scammers and crooks. I strongly regret not reading the reviews here prior to be fleeced by these scammers.
My advice : save your time and money. AVOID

Efficient and fast. Read the small print as works out expensive in the end.

This is absolutely scam. I don’t want credit to your scam website . I want my fricking money back in my bank account !!!They literally have a department for refund trying to confuse the hell out of you so you don’t get a penny back or somehow they get to keep the money. They send you paragraphs after paragraphs of stupid policy garbage talk trying to work around keeping your money. They will get nothing done. They will keep offering more fees and fees and fees and nothing will be done. Stay away from this.
I am contacting all authorities and doing everything I know to take this scammer down. They took $93 already and now they want $174 more. In their website it says 100% guarantee unlock and instant. This is a complete lie they just want your money. This is just sick stuff like this exist.
They keep trying not to give you the money back no matter what. I will be contacting my bank if this is not resolved. Your service description does not meet your garbage follow up for a refund. You said don’t hundred percent guarantee and instant.
Update!
They will not give you the money back as they kept circling back with the same scam replies. They offer the service with 100% guarantee and they did not deliver that scam. I called my bank and reported a fraud. I will get my money back if they want or not these scammers suck

This is a SCAM. Dont do it! you will pay for them to "check" if they can help you, then you will pay for the unlocking, then you will pay for extra premium service. Company only tells you that all this fine print and everything is explained in their terms and conditions ( which is very deceitful) it is purposefully done to steal your money.

I feel completely scammed by ExpressUnlocks. The website looks professional, but the way it’s set up is deliberately misleading. You’re shown one low “initial” price, only to be hit with another, much higher “final” payment once you’re already committed. At no point is this made clear upfront — it feels designed to trap you.

It's a con! I paid £14.99 in good faith and all this company did was carry out some "eligibility checks". Once these were complete they asked me for a further £30.00 to receive my unlock code! This is not made clear at the start so I was not expecting it.
I was about to request a refund but their refund policy states that they will not refund the cost of eligibility checks.
My advice would be to only use these people if you don't mind paying £45.00 for a network unlock code!

Expressunlock they are scammers, I don't know why they still online. They ask you to pay 29 dollars and the they ask again to pay extra amount to unlock, this is totally a scam. They worth nothing. They show you taht people are unlocking their phones but it is just a lie. No one should try to unlock the phone with Expressunlock. Scammers....

Scammers. Asked for 15 quid. This was for nothing. I paid them for nothing. Then they requested another 42 pounds. I requested a refund. They did not respond but sent another link requesting 42 pounds.

At first I thought this was going to be a scam, not reading the recommendations from previous people. I can honestly say everything went without a hitch and would not think twice before using again

I had a very bad experience with ExpressUnlocks. They charged me $29 USD initially and later asked for an additional $50 USD as a final payment, promising to unlock my device within a few days. After paying the full amount, they failed to provide the unlock code and now refuse to refund my money back to my bank. This feels like a scam and I strongly advise others to stay away from them.

I was really impressed at how easy it was to do. I’ve never experienced unlocking a phone before and I expected it to be difficult but it wasn’t at all.
