great customer service

Took a chance and ordered a small quantity of grass from Express Grass. We were a little concerned at ordering this online, unseen, but we are very pleased with result. It was intended for a small area in the centre of our courtyard garden, the piece being 6’ x 6’. Looks very effective and nice to see some green on the ground, although we have plenty of foliage. Ordering was simple and good to get a end of roll at a reduced price. Arrived very quickly so we are very pleased. Just to add, it was very easy to cut to shape with a Stanley knife.

Delivered to wrong address and know way getting hold company as there phone number is switched off

I found the range of artificial grasses, price points, and descriptions, helpful. Delivery was extremely quick. It would have been helpful to have a little more notice between confirmation that the grass was on the way and information that it was kerb-side delivery only, but that's a minor issue given the speed of dispatch.

So they state on their website they are not an internet only company. No true. Try the telephone number before you buy and it just constantly says they are too busy. Notice on the door at the Sittingbourne branch says internet order now only accepted but you can collect. Nothing about this on their website so a wasted journey for me to Sittingbourne. Altering an internet order within minutes of paying was not possible so I have to pay twice for delivery. Quality of product 5 starts customer service zero. Delivery was problematic as it says kerb side only and signature required but I managed to speak to DX the courier and get them to drop on my drive. If you message them they say kerb side only but when you check out it gives the option to leave in a safe place totally contradictory to the messages back from the company. No option of a weekend delivery and to further complicate matters my delivery was split and came on a Thursday and Friday.

Return is expensive ..paid around 160 for some poor quality product and it cost 120£ for return

Easy to order, came next day and grass is good quality. Will definitely buy from Express Grass again!

Fantastic service! We travelled to the warehouse, matched up our grass and did a click and collect online. Our grass was loaded into the car within minutes. Lots of assistance choosing the grass. Could not fault the service.
