I liked the idea of using on an on line agency, but not all its cracked up to be…
I liked the idea of using on line to sell imy property but beginning to regret it now as you cannot get hold of anyone!!! Phones just either ring, are constantly engaged or mailbox are full!!
I am stuck now as I've agreed a sale, typical example, just had a voicemail to call back, rang straight away number just rings and goes dead. With think twice if I was to sell again as its so frustrating as in the beginning to get my business they were very attentive... I understand why now.
Doesn't work out much cheaper either, would use a local firm next time.

Extremely disappointing experience….
Extremely disappointing experience with this estate agency.
My viewing was cancelled because I was told by the owner they were unwell, which I completely understood. However, when I tried to rearrange the appointment, my calls went unanswered for three days.
I was then told the property had been sold. What made the situation even more frustrating was that I was told I had made an offer on the property, which is completely untrue. I never made an offer at any point as I hadn’t even seen the house so how was that possible. Later, despite telling me the property had been sold, they contacted me again asking if I wanted to view the same property, which was very confusing and inconsistent.
The communication throughout the process was poor, and I was given conflicting information. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this agency at all.
