Clear communication of what the company is about
Person we spoke with explained everything very clearly, he clearly knew his 'product'. He had statistics to back up his comments and some constructive advice for moving forward.

Estate agencies perform differently…
Estate agencies perform differently nowadays and I was kept updated however with the digital process it’s very impersonal. Carmine did speak with me in a few occasions which I much preferred.
