it's a rip off!!! I have paid for premium subscription and still didn't download all the comments!! I have tried to contact them using the chat box but no-one replied!!!

Hope can add X comment scrape feature as soon,that I could save more time

The reply comments are rarely extracted, and it takes multiple attempts to extract them. It worked when I first bought it. Now it's not working. I contacted customer support; they are also not replying. It's very frustrating since I bought the premium plan

The data that one can recieve is excellent, but unfortunately the support - especially for the API - is lacking. Responses can take days, many times you don't even get a response and the documentation isn't complete.

Diappointing and unfair service. Avoid them!

The free and paid version have saved me a lot of time and made my work easier. The website is very easy to use and quick!

Export Comments has been an essential tool for us since 2019. Its features make exporting comment data for influencer campaigns fast and seamless.

If there is a problem then the exportcomment team will respond quickly. Please maintain or improve the good work.

Don't trust this company or the other reviews that say they had a good experience. I used the trial, and it processed all the comments instantly, which was great. However, it only allowed access to 100 comments. I decided to pay the $15 because I needed the full list quickly and chose this service over another company that charges half the price to email the results. I assumed it would be worth it since they advertised instant access. After paying, though, they said the results would be emailed anyway. They market the service as instant to get you to pay more, but it’s the same thing you can get elsewhere for much less. It feels like a bait-and-switch.

Edit: nice reply. Making fun of your customers for not being able to afford something? Very tasteful. Shows the exact attitude of the people I have been communicating with from the company. They grab your money and run.

Interesting how the initial trial was able to spit out the whole list instantly, (but only let me actually see 100) but when I actually purchased it, it had to be emailed to me.

Also, my giveaway winner was announced shortly after that. There’s no way I would have had time to put that whole list into a spreadsheet and separate everyone by how many comments they put—I chose a different program. Very nice of you to question the integrity of someone who was willing to support you. You have bad attitudes and are a money-grab business.

Also: keep the $15. Sounds like you guys are hurting for the money. I also purchased from another business before you and theirs didn’t end up working for what I needed and they were really nice and had a money back guarantee because they stand by their product and customers. You guys are in it for money only and it shows. So keep it.

It gave more than what I was expecting.
I was expecting to receive the comments only, but it gave the number of likes, replies, and timestamps of the comments, which I can use for further research.

I found this tool excellent for exporting comments from YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter. The user experience is easy and straightforward. Additionally, if you need more comments, the tool offers affordable payment plans.

ExportComments works well in my experience. I had to export and preserve a Facebook thread of over 1,000 nested comments, then update the exported data later, and both times it worked perfectly. I exported to Excel, including pictures, and it gave me exactly what I needed.

The only feedback is that I wish the base level subscription was a little longer, perhaps a week rather than only three days.
