Have been using ExpoCart for 4 years and never had any issues. They are easy to deal with, friendly and professional. Their prices are far cheaper than other companies offering the same service. I would highly recommend them.

Being an overseas company its important to source reliable partners. ExpoCart originally approached me for my business - it was perfect timing and their consultant was amazing. He was helpful, full of ideas and most importantly patient and showed me where to save money. My experience was hassle free. I was so impressed that I automatically went straight back to them this year when I needed their services again. Its so comforting to know that everything just gets done. We literally turned up on the day on the exhibition knowing that our stand was going to looking fabulous and in good order and it was. Thank you Expo Cart - you rock! 100% Recommend your excellent services.

We used ExpoCart for the Restaurant Takeaway Innovation Expo in London and they were fantastic to work with, even with our offices located in another country. They were quick to reply to emails and always happy to adjust things along the way.
Only downside was a few days before the event, they updated us that our table was damaged. However, they offered us another, similar table. It wasn't perfect, but things happen and they were quick to remedy the situation. Everything was delivered on time in the right place and available via phone to answer any questions I had.

Fantastic service. I had previously spoken to several companies about getting banners and equipment for a pitch that I have at an exhibition. All of them didn’t seem to care whether I was a customer or not. However, as soon as I spoke to Paloma and Sami at Expocart I received a fast, helpful, responsive and professional service. I received fast and detailed replies to all of my questions and I have received some of my items within a day or ordering at a decent price.

The quality of the prints was very good. The delivery of furnitures in time and, to be honest, I seldom rented such good and clean furnitures without any scratches for a trade show. I hope this will be the same quality in future

I wanted to thank you as my banner arrived and the quality was better than I actually imagined. This is the first banner that I have printed and it is for my first event at the NEC Birmingham next week.

Helpful and friendly staff, clear communication and the end result looked fantastic - our premium roller banners got a lot of attention at our one-day exhibition at the V&A, and have continued to do so as they have gone 'on tour' around the country. ExpoCart will be my first port of call for our next exhibition project.

ExpoCart. I don't even know where to start. This is the most organized group I have ever worked with in my 18 years of exhibiting worldwide. James Jeffrey was my contact. My company is located in Naples Florida. James, in customer service was above and beyond anything I expected. Never have I been treated with so much respect, in a timely manor, with zero hassle, and 100% knowledge and suggestions, to move my order forward as if I were displaying at a 50 X 50 Meter booth. Five stars are not enough. My company is LOKSAK and I am a real business owner.

I couldn't ask for a better service! My furniture in mint condition delivered to our stand before we arrived and collected after we left.

It was easy to order the furniture we needed and it was ready and waiting for us on the stand when we arrived. The quality of the furniture was excellent and was just what we needed to complete our stand. Overall, a great experience.

Great customer service, quick turnaround, impressed with quality

I‘m very unhappy with the service we have received from Expocart.

Arranging the artwork originally was the post difficult I have ever had with any printing company
Then our order was missed and I needed to contact you to remind them about it
We then received a damaged table with poor instructions and a damaged graphic
We then received another replacement table which wasn't the same as the one we were originally sent, so, therefore, didn’t fit the damaged graphic that was refused to be replaced.

I am still awaiting refund and collection and havent recieved it.

You took payment on 17th February for this item you did not have in stock. You did not tell us you didn’t have the item until we chased it after the delivery window had ended. You tried to push an alternative item that wasn’t suitable.
It has taken almost a month (received today, 12th) to process a PARTIAL refund. The difference is the shipping but as you have shipped nothing I don’t understand why you haven’t refunded it.

Can you please confirm you will refund the £12 delivery charge today please? I will post an update here later when it is received.

Having never exhibited before, there was so much to do and so many decisions to make. Every step of the way, from initial planning, plan submissions, artwork, through to the build and dismantling after the show, Expocart could not have been more helpful and guided me through the whole process. They were always professional, polite, efficient and easy to work with, and I highly recommend them.

Punctual and organised service. The exhibition counters arrived spotlessly clean and wrapped carefully. Showed off our products perfectly! Will use again.

The team at ExpoCart was excellent to deal with. Helpful, not too pushy and gave me the information I needed. The only thing that stopped me from giving them a 5 star rating was the navigation on the website. It seriously needs someone to look at the UX. Apart from that they were great value for money and had top notch customer service, before during and after the show.
