Ordered two different promotional counters for our pop-up escape room game experience for use at some festivals. Service was second to none and everything arrived exactly as requested. Very quick and simple to order through Expocart and would definitely order with them again!

Event marketing isn't easy. More so, if you are a one-(wo)man team at a startup abroad. I got to Expocart with a tight timeline and budget. After superb support and help, I left with a great-looking booth with a reusable modular system and hired furniture in perfect condition. Kudos to the entire team, from sales to operations and delivery!

I ordered a few items for a 3 day trade show including 2 small Tv's at £220 each. one of the Tv's didn't switch on, which I reported straight away via email. Expocart replied and promised to resolve the issue but theynever did!

Afterwards they apologised but said I was to blame for not also calling them?! They offered only a 50% refund for the item that 100% did not work, what a joke.

They are very expensive compared to others and seem to outsouce all orders. I won't be using in the future.

They done a good job with my sign. Very happy. Quick delivery!

Amazing product & service from the ExpoCart team. We ordered some signage to help our business and staff follow social distancing. Easy to use site, fast turnaround & fantastic quality! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and use again for all my signage moving forward!!

I'd never used or heard of Expocart before and it was only after comparing them with a few others on google that I went with them to make a new sign for my children's soft play centre.

The service was great, the process was easy and the turnaround time was fast too.

It was only one swinging a-board sign but I will be using them for further work.

We ordered from ExpoCart recently for the first time and it was a great experience.

When we were initially searching for the right product on their website, we used the chat function and Ryan replied straight away and looked after us through the whole process; even sending us a template for the artwork, which made things a lot easier.

When the items had been delivered and there was a slight issue, Ryan dealt with it immediately and resolved the problem without a delay.

The print quality of the EcoFlex signs we ordered were amazing and we are really happy with these.

Overall, ExpoCart are professional and provide and excellent service, and I would definitely recommend them.

ExpoCart are reliable - they deliver what they say they will - and the on-site service is supportive, attentive and knowledgeable.

World Travel Market 2018: Delivery 5 minutes before the deadline. They did not print logo on the counters. Charged for lockable counters but brought counters without doors. At least they apologised and refunded the amount of mistake.
World Travel Market 2019: Sent email evening before delivery that the booked and paid for shelves are not available and they cannot offer a replacement. I had to rent from another vendor last minute and pay double. The company did not respond to the mails, did not answer the emergency phone, did not pay back the rental fees for the shelves they charged for but never provided and did not pay compensation.
Booked twice, they screwed up both times and the second time did not refund for the mistake and did not pay compensation. Don't trust them!! A total unreliable company.
