Following the flood at our property on 27 August 2020 we are very pleased to say that the works have now been completed and to a very high standard.
From the very beginning we have had very professional, friendly and helpful support from all those involved in the recovery and restoration work. We would particularly like to mention Lauren Rowland for keeping us extremely well informed on progress at the appropriate times. The individual contractors are too many to mention by name but they were all extremely polite, helpful and very competent.
We are now back to normal or whatever passes for that in these lockdown times.

LV were courteous, attentive and fair throughout the process. They found quality contractors to repair the damage which was the subject of the claim.
