This Page is a scam! They charge one price on the webpage and tiene I received a call from Lucía Garcia saying I needed to pay US$300 more, which I refused. She said that my card was charged with the fisrt fue but that was a lie and she forces me to pay a cancelation fee for something I did not pay and charged me US$196 .00. I Have called 2000 times ans sent 2000 emails without getting my money back! How come consumers cannot be defended from People like this? After all these reviews and the Page continúes to Steel People! I want my money back! Thiefs! Scam!!

Gave me price of $500 for a round trip flight and when i call due to the fact i hadn’t receive my confirmation email they stated the $500 was just to cover my seats and i would have to pay an additional $2,500 on top of that and i had to keep insisting to cancel it because it was 6x more costly than the original price i was quoted

scammers (ask for more money later)
Try to scam you, by breaking the law on final pricing. You buy on their website, and get a call later asking for more money (in my case 300 dollars).
I told them no. Then they got all mad, but honestly their practices would be called out as illegal by a judge.
Don't buy from them, and prevent their predatory behavior to affect other people.
You get called by an obvious sales tactics, not customer support.
edit: In their reply they claim they handled this well by mail, but that was after trying to force an cancelation fee by phone, which is not legal in this case in spain. (even if you have it in your policy). If you don't know the final price, that has to be clear. Spanish courts have already defended that final pricing should be clear on your website. You can't act as if it was just a legal 'reservation' after completing the order. Again this is nowhere in the booking process (they claim it in their policy)

They are a SCAM
If I could give this agency 0 stars I would. The price they have on their website is nothing near the price they actually try to charge you when the time comes. They deliberately don't tell you the price is going to be different than what you paid for, and don't even give the price in the confirmation email they send you. Then, when you tell them never mind, that's not the price you agreed on, they immediately tell you it's non-refundable. Just a huge waste of time, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
This company is a complete SCAM! They lure you in with very cheap ticket prices and send a confirmation email that says a representative may call to “clarify” details. Shortly after, someone with a heavy Indian accent calls and insists you must pay a much higher fare or your original purchase will not be refunded. If you provided them with your card information, contact your bank immediately and block the card. Avoid this company at all costs.
