Credit scores are calculated based on the information in your credit report. Please note that credit scores can vary depending on the scoring model used (examples: FICO® or VantageScore®).
Your credit scores can also differ from bureau to bureau because creditors are not obligated to report to the credit bureaus, so the information on all 3 reports may differ. We use the FICO® 8 as part of our website/lenders but other websites may be providing you with a different score due to them using a different scoring model and/or different scoring range. There are also several helpful articles in our Help Center on the Experian® website for further education about credit reports, scores, and bureaus. I hope you found this information useful.
