I choose Expedia for two important reasons!

Dear Expedia Team,

I want to share my positive experience using your app, even though the prices are slightly higher than on other websites. I choose Expedia for two important reasons:

✅ As a Gold member, I enjoy VIP status at hotels and often receive room upgrades, which I truly appreciate.

✅ The app provides a sense of security and is very user-friendly. I've been using Expedia for many years, and so far, I haven't encountered any issues.

🔴 The only thing I would wish for is a visible emergency phone number. Personally, I haven't needed it, but many of my friends have struggled to get in touch with Expedia.

Expedia are LIARS AND THEIVES

Expedia are LIARS AND THEIVES. Check out their Trustpilot to see how they are CONTINUOUSLY SCAMMING CUSTOMERS. They tried to cancel a reservation WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE while I was in a hotel & are stopping me using 173 Euro that they owe me in my account. When you contact their support they simply Stonewall you. @EUombudsman
