Glenda was very helpful
Glenda was very helpful, nice and polite during our conversation. She assisted me upgrading to the new Exetel one plan and explained the process very clearly in terms of cancellation of old service,activation of new plan and billing information to expect. She stayed on the phone throughout the process until our internet was on new plan which was fast and seamless

The technician was friendly, professional and very helpful. He was a clear communicator who made sure I understood what was happening and explained things really well. He resolved the issue quickly and then made sure I did not need help with anything else.
