SCAMMERS DO NOT PURCHASE

Bought £234.00 worth of goods on the 23/03/20.

I AM STILL YET TO RECEIVE A REFUND.

The product ordered was never in stock. I have been promised a refund within 30 days, another week, then another week. It has now been well over a month and I have not yet received my refund.

Extremely disappointed with the simply awful service I have experiences.

Do Not Order!!

I ordered a bench from them, was told it would be delivered on the 30th April, has not been delivered and they will not reply to any emails or answer phones. Avoid at all costs!

We ordered online via exercise.co.uk on 10th of April and we were emailed that our rowing machine will be delivered on 28th of April. When called customer services we were informed to email puretec. Emailed puretech on 30th April but still no response. We were charged £69.99 as first payment but no update of followup from these businesses. Total waste of our time and money and terrible customer service. Not worth buying things from them at all.

I placed an order for a Smith machine on 18/04/20. Received email straight away confirming order and money taken. Delivery date was to be 5/05/20 it all arrived on 28/04/20. I contacted exercise via their web chat and they replied with 8 hours. All good during this crisis.

I ordered the HG5000 Deluxe Home Gym from the Marcy Eclipse range from exercise.co.uk and it is great. The multi gym itself is a good quality product and fairly easy to assemble. I have used it for around 1 week and a half now and I would recommend it to anybody. The delivery was quick - it took 4 days for delivery. I did not receive any tracking information, but given the fact that there is a pandemic, it was still delivered quickly. I ordered on 13th April, and it was delivered on 17th April. As for other reviews, I think that exercise.co.uk are trying their best to fulfil orders and have them delivered in a reasonable timeframe. Many things have changed due to this pandemic but they are still delivering, so I would highly recommend as a company. I had zero problems at all and am very satisfied.

This company are cashing in on the countries current situation with no intention of fulfilling peoples orders.

I ordered multiple items that were all in stock over a month ago before any lockdown measures were brought in and only received half the order two weeks later making the rest pointless.

No communication and no reply to even get an update or refund more than a month on, no planning for the longevity of the company it would seem.

I would give this company a -5 if I could. Paid for item through their eBay page, zero communication- no reply to countless emails/ calls trying to find out about my order. Refunded money without an apology! They have let me down weeks later with zero communication from order to refund. I would never dream of using again and will avoid at all costs; terrible service and a prime example of how not to conduct business. Avoid Avoid!!!!

Bought a bench and Olympic weight set directly from the website. Ordered on Sunday and delivered on Wednesday. Didn’t receive any tracking information but wasn’t expecting delivery until 22nd April. Can’t understand recent reviews based on own experience. Absolute 5-star service considering the current climate.

Purchased item which was shown in stock, no communications or replies to any emails. Only recorded message on phone line.
Money taken.
Terrible company. Terrible service.
Have purchased other large items during these difficult times with no issues.

Sent numerous emails with no reply to any of my answers. Ordered equipment and was expected on Wednesday .... no delivery!! Just praying I haven’t paid anything just awaiting Confirmation from finance company. This website is a scam and wouldn’t recommend anyone to use them. Customer service is awful

If you are lucky enough to find this page before ordering PLEASE read the reviews and take note. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ITEM. Somehow they’ve let hundreds of people buy items that do not exists. Worse still they’ll send you a pathetic email using C-19 as an excuse for a 21 DAY REFUND! It sounds like a total scam to hold funds In the business for as long as possible. Please do everything you can to get your money back ASAP, call your bank or credit card company, call PayPal or eBay. Good luck.

So basically they lied about stock wasted my time. Also made sure to mention I could cancel My order any time in every email they sent.
Then refunded me a week later and sent an apology email saying they don't have the stock. Now I can't find what I need anywhere. If they where honest in the first place I could have shopped else where. Very dishonest company.

Trying to cash in on Coronavirus, a total disgrace of a company. Blatantly selling items that they don't have in stock then refusing to issue refunds. Selling items they don't have in stock could just be an admit error and that's kind of ok. But then sitting on other people's money during this time is just wrong!

I'm now having to go via eBay to get a refund and will be reporting this company to the authorities.

This is now an update from yesterday's review.

I waitied the 48 hours like the scam answerphone message says and still NO CONTACT WHATSOEVER...!!!!

I have also re emailed today to the exercise.co.uk address and the service@puretecfitness address which is now saying 72 hours for a response from the 48 hour response that was on there Tuesday.

BEFORE YOU BUY ANYYHING FROM EITHER OF THESE COMPAINES CALL THE NUMBER BELOW AND SEE WHERE THEY ARE, MAKING SURE THEY ANSWER BEFORE YOU BUY, GIVING YOU AN IDEA OF WHERE THIS BUSINESS IS RIGHT NOW.

I placed an order Sunday March 22nd on the basis the website clearly said - IN STOCK - We will despatch your goods Monday 23rd for delivery Wednesday 25th.

When I never got a depatched goods email I contacted them by phone and all i got was an answerphone message saying please email any concerns due to the Corona Virus.

Still not heard anything whatsoever and to be honest its now feeling like a scam to win sales without sending the goods.

Let's see if someone contacts me tomorrow to keep me updated as now its Weds evening and still ZERO contact.

I only purchased from Exercise.co.uk / Puretec on the basis goods would be sent immediately as IN STOCK..!!!

THE SAD THING ABOUT ALL THIS, IS THE FACT THAT YOU PUT YOUR FAITH IN COMPANIES THAT SAY GOODS IN STOCK AND ITS ALL A LOAD OF LIES TO TAKE YOUR MONEY...!!

Shocking service.

Ordered Marcy Foldable Olympic Bench & 100kg olympic bar on Sunday 22nd March. Email confirmation came through straight away saying money had been taken from account with delivery date being given as Wednesday 25th March. Messaged team to see status of order on Tuesday 24th March as no dispatch email had been sent like they said would be, to which they informed me there was a delay on this order and it would be dispatched within 2 weeks.

Today, Wednesday 25th March, I received an email stating the item was now out of stock and will no longer be coming.

Shocking service and will never even think about buying a dumbbell off of them, let alone a home gym.

We have bought the basic equipment ( Marcy HG3000 Multi Gym, Marcy Onyx Geneva 6000 Rowing Machine and Marcy Onyx B80 Upright Exercise Bike) to fit out our home gym from Exercise.co.uk. The whole process through ordering, delivery and dealing with a minor problem (dealt with by Katie and Jason) was excellent.
I would not hesitate to use Exercise.co.uk for future purchases.

I had real trouble with the delivery from dxdelivery.com but exercise really helped out. I am still waiting for my delivery but thought Katie deserved a shoutout for being such great help!

Bike easy to assemble and is good quality
Website easy to use and delivery communication with UPS was also spot on.
So pleased I found this company will spread the word.

Very prompt service and value for money especially the carriage to an off mainland uk location.

Excellent product. A very happy husband!
