On time and efficient phoned before as organised

Friendly delivery guys. Especially for a Monday morning. Makes a nice surprise. Phoned ahead and confimed the road was accessible. Very good natured people!

EHD delivered our sofas to Pollokshields in Glasgow this morning. Communication was excellent ; the company deferred delivery for two weeks when they were available earlier than we expected. We had an email with a delivery window on the day before and a call from the delivery guys before they arrived. The guys were so good -humoured, unwrapped the sofas, fitted the feet and put them in place for us
- and they gave us a good laugh as an added bonus!

Friendly staff, there were parts missing from our new couch and the delivery staff noticed straight away and informed me and said to contact the supplier

Kept well informed about the delivery, which arrived on time and was put into place quickly and without any issues. Guys were cheerful, polite and respectful of our property. They also removed the old mattress and were all finished in about 10 minutes.

We had a really positive experience with this company. Clear communications and the ability to track the delivery on the day was great. Two lovely delivery guys, Joe and Thomas were incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient. They made light work of lugging two huge sofas upstairs via a tight staircase. A very professional job throughout.

The delivery men were extremely polite, considerate, helpful and careful. The units were very well packaged. Unfortunately the bedside cabinets were damaged on arrival, and this was discovered on opening the box. The process of documenting this was reassuring, and the delivery team took the items back with no quibble. We are awaiting replacements and have every confidence that all will be well next time.

Excellent experience, the chaps delivered a Tempur mattress without any issue or bother. Communications were fab and clear. Highly recommend these guys! My apartment was 3 up without a lift….not a problem unlike many other delivery services these days. 5 Stars all day.
