I want to tell you about what happened to me.

My trust in Gemini turned to nothing over time.

I lost seventy-eight thousand five hundred dollars. It just went into Geminis wallet.

I sent emails to Gemini asking for help but no one replied to my emails.

There is no one at Gemini who can help you. It is just quiet.

Days went by. Then it was weeks. I had no hope.

Then a friend told me about someone who could help me.

This person was very good. They found my missing money.

They worked hard to get back every dollar.

It was a relief when I finally got my money back.

I really did not think I would see my money again.

If something like this happens to you with Gemini you should not be alone.

I sent my money to Gemini. I cannot to find my money on Gemini. I am looking for Support Team. I am asking them to help, they don't answer. It looks there are no customer service. My money disappeared to the wallet and I cannot find it. Help me please. Help me. I beg you.

SCAM. Won't allow to withdraw. Robbing me. Frauds.

Scammers ...say no longer active on UK but made impossible to withdraw ..many emails ..probably as are not regulated....lucky had a gut feeling about them so only put in 20 quid to try ....

Just a bunch of Rogue Theives!! They make it impossible to withdraw your money. They say contact support but all they do is keep running you around in circles. Honestly, I don’t know how they continue to get away with it!! This platform should be shut down and the two brothers who own it should be put in jail!!!!

I am so angry with Gemini and probably have lost over $100 K !!!!! I tried to log in several months after changing my email address. No go! they would not accept my new address and closed my account!!That was all..."your account has been closed". SERIOUSLY! I can't get anyone to actually Help, Reply or Respond, just closed account!
What a scam they are I don't know how to even try to get my money back. I had that account for 5 years and they had enough personal info of mine to be able to see that it is really me, not an imposter. I am Absoulutly sick about the loss and will try to get the government involved in repoting their scam.

Good at all costs! They don’t allow you to transfer your crypto to other exchanges and make it very difficult to take your money out. Use other exchanges for the love of god.

I made a deposit last week, and it hasnt been credited to my accouunt,i try contact thru support ticket everyday to get the same generic response and as of yesterday australian accounts will be closed... i showed al evidence it left from my bank and the issue is on there side. appailing service.mite have to just accept my loss.

Would give zero if possible. These guys are scammers. Signed up for the exchange thru a referral link, spend 100 get 75 in bitcoin. Spent 105 total to cover fees of under $2 and still be above the 100 mark. Got email saying I qualified for bonus. This was all on July 31. Should've been available by sept 1st. Haven't seen a dime. Contacted support multiple times and never any sort of response other than the initial automated email saying they received my contact. Tried to pull my stuff off the exchange and ran into multiple issues as well there.. finally had to just sell my ETH to convert to cash to get of there. Which makes me mad as well because it's still climbing like I knew it was going to. It's gone up about another 250 since I had to sell to get off the exchange.

I accidentally click on buying some crypto after purchasing a $70 worth of meme coins without enough funds.

I immediately informed them about it. Because my 2FA is not working all of a sudden.

I e-mailed them and told them what happened. I did several attempts on their instructions that seem to not working. And when I finally gave up. I asked them I want my money back. And it's a good thing it's only $70. But still, for me every penny counts.

Their response is..."You are not getting your $70 back." Just like that! They emailed me with a cold hearted answer. So, from December 28,2024 to January 6,2025, I have been sending them e-mails. Hoping that I could get a resolution from them. And would be able to continue doing business with them. But it was a failure dealing with them.

You can verify me in Robinhood and Coinbase. I have been using them for years now. And I have never encountered a problem like this from these two platforms.

I loved Gemini for years, until they applied a security hold on my account because of my typo. I contacted support, gave them all the security details. Support asked me for the address of my personal/private self-storage wallet. I said nope. They did not remove the security hold. I have opened 4 support tickets so far over the past 20 days. Support at Gemini is doing nothing to help me. There is no escalation pathway beyond support email unmanned desk. If Gemini resolves my issue rapidly, I will write another review with 4 or 5 stars. Until then I will exhaust any and all methods available to me to regain control of my account, my money, and my crypto at Gemini.com

In the interest of current disclosure, this is to update My Gemini Experience. In my previous review, I indicated that my July 5 Gemini Credit Card payment in the amount of $7,622 had not been posted to date. I received an Email notification today at 7pm informing me that my payment had been received on August 21 (tomorrow???) and would and will be applied to my balance immediately.

I do not know if my review on Trustpilot helped to move Gemini Constellation Bank along, but if so, Thank You Trustpilot. Now if I can get some action on my Gemini cryptocurrency account, I will certainly consider giving Gemini a better star rating. As I stated I had been very happy with Gemini for over three years until last month when I stopped being happy because of some very strange transactions in my account.

I have been ignored by the both the Gemini Security Team and the Gemini Support team after providing them with information about these strange transactions which have resulted in three digital assets disappearing from my account in the amount of about $10,000.

I am not a wealthly person and this amount is significant to me. I remain in great respect of of Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss and believe they have the best interest of their Gemini clients at heart. It seems to me though that some of their employees may not be performing to the standards that is expected of them. So, as I stated previously, until the Gemini team gets its act together, I remain a disillusioned skeptic, although not quite as fervently as before.

They blocked the trading platform over a dip , so we lost money and opportunity. Garbage .

Gemini is trash, they have the most ridiculous and absurd requirements for withdrawing your money. Its pretty clear that they are counting on people giving up so they can keep your money. They already keep tons of "dust". Also the fees for using the basic interface are astronomical. F U Gemini

Gemini is the worst crypto exchange company in the world. I’ve had the worst experience ever. They freeze my account for no reason then closed my account. They restricted my access to sell my crypto. They restricted my access to transfer my crypto. I still don’t have access to my account. Stay away from Gemini.

I open an account, got verified with I’d and linked my bank account. I transferred $5000 USD to my account and tried to purchase BTC. All denied, support ticket. I said your website states trade immediately and withdraw after 7 days, I can’t purchase Btc. They stated it is up to their discrepancy, I said not what website states. Ok wait 7 days now buy BTC, error you need Authy app. Ok install use authy app. Nope authy app needs to be 72 hrs old. Ok, wait then buy Crypto, yea! Now let’s send to Binance.US, absolutely not,need security review. Please answer 12 questions from why to who what for, what happened to being anonymous? I threatened with theft AG office and reviews. Dear sir, you need to close your account and remove cash to original bank address. No crypto send just cash transfer back to bank. Thank God my threats worked and I was allowed to withdraw. I lost total of $600 between fees and not being able to trade. Do not open an account, do not invest and if you have already try to get up. Also they almost went bankrupt recently but owners, the V twins, lent them 100 million. Do not get involved!
BTW, after I sent in my license and such for review, Experian sent me an alert that my email was leaked to the dark web from Gemini.Com, swear!

Gemini Trust cannot be trusted.
They will freeze your account and they will not unfreeze your account. You are basically their hostage. At this point, it is going on 1 month that my account has been frozen. There is only one way to reach them and that is via email. All I receive from my emails is their email response stating that they are overwhelmed with incoming requests. Bull mularkey! The reason they are overwhelmed is because they refuse to unfreeze people's accounts.
Do not use Gemini Trust, or if you do, realize that whatever funds you have with them are at great risk of being frozen or seized.

Looks like a scum exchange.

When you sign up Gemini tricks you into making two small payments (just a few dollars each), for the purpose of your «identity verification». Then they disappear for many weeks. The only way to contact them is by email to which they respond with automated messages.

You can say their customer service is non-existent, compared to the legit exchanges of the caliber of Binance or Coinbase.
One star so far (for running the email robot).

Never had a problem with Gemini. They offer solid services and dependable customer support

only amateur and fraudulent exchanges cancel their campaigns because a real and reliable exchange would find a solution to the abuses and distribute their prizes to real people.If you are a real exchange, you will reimburse the deducted fees. otherwise you will remain a vanishing stock market
