I would give them zero stars if I…

I would give them zero stars if I could. I have four main issues:
1) Their completion rate is not as good as others
2) They doubled my rate without asking
3) They are the slowest provider I have tried so far
4) After trying to raise my rates, they were selling access for half the price of what they wanted me to pay.

Their service is not really any better…

Their service is not really any better than any of the others and they raised my rates, almost doubled my rate and tried to give me some junk vpn service and access to easynews, which is worthless.

None of the other providers are raising their rates, why do all the omicron companies feel the need to screw us customers?

Did a trial in December and then upon leaving was offered a deal. I asked for the deal via their support as they suggested, and after waiting a week for a reply, get back an offer of a different deal which is worse. Poor!

I tried to sign up but they would not…

I tried to sign up but they would not accept my American based gift card, so I looked elsewhere and found a usenet provider who can properly accept payments.

Glad I didn't it turns out they run specials "just for former customers" that have really low prices but existing customers can not get that deal. That should be illegal.

This is clearly a company looking to do…

This is clearly a company looking to do a money grab!! I am absolutely furious with Eweka and their blatant disregard for loyal customers. Without any proper notice or transparency, they changed their billing terms, leaving me stuck with charges I never agreed to!

I signed up for their service under specific terms that worked for my budget, but apparently, they think they can pull a fast one on their customers by sneaking in changes. What's worse? They started offering NEW customers a price that was much much lower than what they were asking me to pay.

And their service is advertised as being the most complete but I could not find more content on Eweka than I could on some of the much cheaper alternatives. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If they can't respect their customers or operate ethically, the don't deserve your business.

They Switched me to Automatic Payment Without Notice - Took Money Without Authorisation

I had been a pre-paid customer since 2019. However, I stopped using the service since the beginning of 2020 as I no longer needed.

However, I recently noticed a charge on my credit card paid out to Eweka. So I went into my Eweka account to see what was going on only to find they have been taking payments AUTOMATICALLY without authorisation since 2020 until now.

Their support replied that I purchased an automatically renewing subscription, which is wholly untrue.

I made a final pre-paid payment and stopped.

Please ensure you check your credit card statement when using this service as this has shocked me to know they have gone in and regularly taken money without sending ANY emails confirming payment.

This breeches all levels of trust in handing over payment details to this company.

Great Speed at affordable cost

Best usenet provider ive ever used.
Every other month theres some kind of promo so you can get a really fast service at a very good price.

Almost never are files offline. I think eweka has one of the longest record of files on the usenet.

Great service and fast support team

I have been using Eweka for a very long time on and off. I find the price very affordable and the connection always stable. Retention period is onee of the best, and I can get almost every article.

They don't have a phone number, but their support/privacy team is very fast in replying tickets and efficient following through. Very happy with that.

Good but recently getting timeouts daily

I currently LOVE your service, ive only been using usenet about a year. However as of recently ive been getting 20+ EWEKA timeouts/day within my sabnzbd downloader. I have few other providers I use and they have not been getting timeouts like eweka. I do use eweka more than the other accounts but wondering why these timeouts are happening all of a sudden.
