For anyone needing a solicitor who truly goes above and beyond, I can't recommend Evolve Law enough. This was our second time working with Elaine in 18 months, and she did a fantastic job once again. Buying a home in Letchworth can be tricky due to the extra regulations from the Heritage Foundation, but Elaine navigated this brilliantly on our behalf – again! Her communication was great, she was so lovely and cheery to work with, and her attention to detail really stood out. We did all of this while I was heavily pregnant, and Elaine overcame any bumps in the road calmly and quickly, ensuring we moved before the baby arrived.

I also want to mention Amber, who supported Elaine and was excellent. Amber was absolutely on top of everything, incredibly responsive, and a real pleasure to deal with.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Elaine and the team at Evolve.

We today completed on a new build part exchange. We foolishly signed with PM Property Lawyers (PM Law) initially. They went out of business with no warning, leaving us in limbo (thankfully, at the beginning of the process, so not much money sunk in at that point).

As a first time buyer they made the process very smooth, moved quickly and gave me all the info I needed. I've heard any horror stories of solicitors when buying property but Evolve made an already stressful process slightly less stressful. Would recommend!
