The guy that did our installation phoned to see if he could come earlier than arranged, which he could. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with what we wanted for our needsand showed us how the charger all worked once he completed the installation. We'd definitely recommend these guys to anyone wanting an EV charger installed.

Great service
From start to finish, great customer service. Everyone I dealt with was really helpful.
Our engineer was Matt. He was polite and respectful of my property. Explained everything fully. My install was going to be more difficult due to structure of my house but it all went smoothly on the day.

Excellent EV charger supply and installation.
After my EV purchase I looked around for someone to supply and install a Hypervolt charger. I finally chose Evolution Solutions based on their North West location, their lead time and their excellent Trust Pilot reviews. My initial contact was with Lisa who was very friendly and very informative. I received an installation date for the following week. Carl arrived and did an excellent and very neat installation. After the installation he demonstrated and explained clearly the operation of the Hypervolt and Octopus 🐙 apps. I was very impressed. I am also really impressed with how the two apps integrate to provide scheduled charging times at the Octopus smart charge cheap rates.

EV charger installation
Alex was brilliant from start to finish. He communicated really well beforehand, arrived earlier than expected, and got the job done quickly. The installation of our EV charger was done to a very high standard – really neat and tidy, which I was so pleased about. He also took the time to explain clearly how everything worked, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

I was text an hour before the Electrician arrived given me time to get myself ready once the Electrician Josh arrived. He was very polite very well informed on how my new EV pod was going to work.
He was very clean and efficient at installing my new EV pod.
The bit I was dreading is learning how to use it but when Josh sat me down and explained and showed me the idiot proof way to do it I was very relaxed and pleased I would like to say a big thank you to Josh who installed my EV pod and showed me how to use the new app and what to do.
Again, I’d like to say thank you to everyone involved in helping me from the sales team right through to the electrician who installed the pod, thank you thank you thank you

1st class from start to finish..
My experience with Ev Solutions from start to finish was 1st class, Lisa in the office was very helpful and knowledgeable I had a couple of questions which she answered and that convinced me to buy from her, Today Kieffer came to fit the Ohme pro, what a guy he is so tidy and again very knowledgeable with the loads of questions I had. After the fit we went through everything and connected the apps..now the car is plugged in and ready to charge tonight, Kieffer is a credit to the company..
