This is the most incompetent delivery…

This is the most incompetent delivery service I have ever been forced to use. Packages are not delivered, lost in transit or, I dare say, stolen.

Have stopped buying from traders that use Evri, this includes Ebay, Etsy and Facebook Marketplace.

Completely useless in East Cornwall . Everything goes missing.

We live in a rural area in Cornwall and the EVRI service is appalling. I don’t think they even bother trying. It was the same when they were Hermes. Completely useless. I don’t bother trying to contact EVRI now, I just wait for a week or more contact the sender and ask for a replacement but ma,e sure they don’t use EVRI on the second attempt. They always succeed when other carriers are used

This company has gone down hill

This company has gone down hill, Ive paid for a parcel to be collected it hasnt. A driver said hed delivered another parcel he didnt and Ive got him on camera leaving my property. Im going to report this company to Ofcom. Its impossible to speak with anyone its all automated. Do not use this company

Worst Delivery Company

What can I say about this awful company that has not already been said by hundreds of unsatisfied customers. Sellers use this company because they are cheap, as a buyer I would rather be given the option of paying more for a reliable delivery service. Most items that I have purchased and get delivered by Evri take at least a week to get to me, I recently had a delivery by DPD that only took two days from time of purchase and another via UPS that only took four days from Turkey so why does Evri take so long, furthermore I used to get notification when my orders would be delivered, I don't even get that anymore. The only good thing I can say is that my local Evri delivery person is excellent. Evri do you ever read the reviews you get and still do nothing to improve your service.

Worst company …

Makes me mad to even have to give them one star! Evri do not deserve even one. Multiple issues from delayed to completely lost items. They don’t even bother knocking on the door anymore. When they do finally deliver they simply dump on front door step in full view of people walking by and run off. No cars and their tracking says ‘handed to householder’. Recently completely lost an order worth £200! No one to speak to. I’m shocked they are still in business it’s crazy!

Poor service

As an ebay trader I need my parcels delivered not returned here, tracking shows "sender asked to return". This has happened twice recently and have only just started using this service. Parcels are totally checked that they fit within Evri's size tolerances. Is there someone there measuring them that cannot read the measurements? See for yourself: H051JA0155637779

Hopeless

Could be do much better!
Next doors parcel thrown into the flower bed of our house, and only discovered by chance, soaking wet, 10 days later.
Now a delivery to this house is apparently delayed. Lets hope when it comes it's not left in a flower bed.

It has been the second time in 3 weeks…

It has been the second time in 3 weeks encountering the loss of my parcel bought from Amazon. They sent it to the wrong address at the first time. The second time , I only received one parcel and another was missing. Though I got a refund from Amazon at the end. But the whole process was really-time consuming and annoying. I just ordered another one now, worrying it may happen once again.

"Potentially lost in our network"

Package due to be delivered on the 14th, then on the 18th, then "later today", then again "later today" followed by a search of their warehouse and eventually admitted "I must advise you that it is potentially lost in our network".
Fortunately it was a purchase via Amazon from a supplier who uses EVRI so Amazon refunded the monies with no issues.
Seems to be a very common occurrence of parcels going "lost in our network" during shipment with EVRI.

Just had a small parcel delivered just thrown at the front door driver didn’t knock or ring the bell ,took a picture and walked away was notified of delivery by ring doorbell. Managed to speak with driver asked why he didn’t knock or ring the bell refused to talk then finally said can’t help you ! Insult to injury notification of delivery reads left in secure place . Not the first time parcels have been left like this . Absolutely awful 😡

Absolutely awful
I paid next day delivery for my parcel from Next. Was due for delivery today and tracked on app
It was then marked courier tried to deliver today but that’s a lie!
I’m home as have terminal illness so definitely no one tried
We have a ring doorbell that records. No driver even attempted or card put through door.
Absolute lie
I have complained to Evri & awaiting a response

Two deliveries and two 1* star reviews.

Two deliveries and two 1* star reviews.
Evri asked me to enter on their website where I would like my parcel left if I'm not home.
I have requested the parcel box.
Parcel 1, left 24 hours in the rain stuffed between box and bin.
Parcel 2, left on top.
Both times in full view of a public footpath 4 feet away.
I do not understand how the simplicity of putting parcel in box and closing the lid is so hard to get wrong.

WHYYYY do companies use Everi

WHYYYY do companies continue to use this nightmare of a delivery company?
I get a series of emails, 'they are expecting my parcel'.....'they have my parcel'.....'my parcel will be arriving at such a time' ........and as usual...'sorry my courier was unable to deliver you package' even though I was at home waiting 'Everi' time! Before I order online now I find out who they use. I am tired of hanging around waiting for deliveries that don't arrive.

Last week I gave a negative review of my Evri non-delivery and difficulties contacting them. They responded quickly to my review and gave me the phone number and contact details. When I tried to phone, it was just a message service, which didn't recognise my order no, maybe because my delivery had been returned to sender. I then tried the web address, which just me me back through to the live chat. I eventually was able to request a call back. I typed my number, which they repeated wrongly. I gave it again and fin ished the chat. No call back. This company make it so difficult to contact them. Very poor service.

The worst delivery company bar none

The worst delivery company bar none. Delivery driver constantly leaves our parcels outside behind our gate even if we are home and doesn't even knock our door and because of thier rubbish tracking system we may not even know of a delivery till a few days later so parcels are soaking wet. My partner ordered 2 christmas presents from 2 separate companies at different dates and they have managed to loose both! One was saying for over a week that there was a delay in delivery and as soon as she chased what was going on all of a sudden it's showing as delivered but we have seen no sign of it. If I ever order anything and they use everi I am cancelling the order!

Really bad service
Really bad service. Ordered a sofa on 15th November from Wayfair. I've still not received my order. This company has not updated any information of when they are going to deliver it. The last information they put was that a specialist Evri driver will deliver it, and that was 5 days ago. Nothing since then. I'm sick to death of this company. Terrible service. I rang Evri and they cannot deliver my flat pack settee/sofa in two boxes, and i needed to contact Wayfair for a refund or have a replacement sent out from Wayfair using a different courier company.
That's total rubbish asI ordered the same settee/sofa off onbuy.com and Evri delivered that and it was in two boxes. No excuse to be treated like this at all.I have now had to get a refund off Wayfair to start yet another order process for a settee/sofa for my Arthritis. So much inconvenience Evri has caused me.
