Here we go again Evri not delivering. Ordered a Halogen Oven from Robert Dyas, supposed to be delivery today, only to find Evri have left the actual Street off the label so it's sitting in some warehouse. Contacted Evri with their stupid bot gave them full address, phoned Robert Dyas , they said I will have to wait until tomorrow. Evri are so crap you can bet your bottom dollar they don't have the IQ to add Street so package will go missing!! When are companies going to wake up and STOP using Evri???????💯💯💯

my parcel was stolen from the next door block of flats where the evri driver left it,even though i have consistently told them i have no access.there is and never has been any attempt to ring my bell.the next door block of flats has banned parcel companies from leaving parcels in the foyer and insists on delivery to the door,so the photo of my delivery showed my parcel in solitary splendour.i will now refuse to do business with companies that have evri deliveries
A LOGISTICAL DISASTER: 2 Failed Orders, 3 Weeks, 0 Responsibility
If you actually want to receive your furniture or bedding, DO NOT SHOP AT DUSK.COM. They are a "premium" brand that uses the cheapest, most incompetent courier service available (Evri), and they do so even when specifically instructed otherwise.
I have had two consecutive orders fail.
Order 1 (#S23880046): Lost in an Evri loop for 10 days because the driver couldn't find a new build address—despite me providing What3Words, landmarks, and photos.
Order 2 (#S23922378): I re-ordered on the strict contractual condition that they NOT use Evri. I paid for "Next Day Delivery." DUSK ignored my instructions, used Evri anyway, and as expected, the parcel has been stagnant at the depot since April 22nd. It is now the end of the month (30th!) and I still have no items.
The Staff (Hanish, Romey & Luis): Total incompetence. They hide behind scripted emails and "gestures of goodwill" (useless vouchers) instead of picking up the phone to solve a logistics crisis. They have knowingly taken money for a service they had no intention of fulfilling.
DUSK is a "clown company" that prioritizes cheap shipping over customer rights. I have officially initiated a Section 75 dispute with my bank to reclaim my £122.00.
SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS: Shop at John Lewis or Dunelm. At least they know how to find a front door.

Waited for a large delivery, cancelled appointments to stay home only to be told they not delivering today! Delivery exp 12.30-1.30 yet tod me before 12! So had they no intention of delivering

Terrible delivery. They've delivered packages to the door more than once, leaving them at the door, and they've disappeared. Don't they train them to deliver to the customer, not to the closed door? This is the worst delivery company, how can they handle such complaints? I checked, I filed a complaint in December, and nothing has changed. Or is it just like that in our area?

My parcel was delivered on time, and was in my safe place. I assume it was Joseph who delivered my parcel? Will never find out knowing Evri. Joseph is usually one of the best Evri delivery drivers. He used to deliver to my flat door. I think now he knows my safe place he just leaves my parcels there nowadays. I think Evri drivers are badly treated and understand that putting my parcel in my safe place is quicker for him. And my safe place is a box in the porch of my block of flats. So it IS safe. Including Joseph we have had good delivery drivers in the past, as well as appalling delivery drivers. And try to ring Evri - don't. Impossible.
Evri Deliberate Vandalism at Distribution Centre
Evri delivered my package several days after it should have arrived, I purchased the item on April 14th, it didn't arrive until April 21st. On opening the parcel, I found the television I purchased had been deliberately smashed, the whole screen was shattered, and could have only happened with an act of vandalism. Evri copped out with a feeble excuse, and put the blame back upon the seller, by telling me to go back to the seller and ask for a replacement or a refund. I tried to escalate my complaint only for evri customer service to totally ignore me, and finally prevent me from accessing their customer service. I phoned them up and was cut off several times after providing them with the tracking number. As far as I'm concerned this was a deliberate act of vandalism and should be reported to the Police to be investigated with criminal charges brought against the culprit or culprits involved. The seller SuperRecycle via Ebay claims the television was intact with it was collected by Evri, and Evri are trying to lay blame with the seller, with myself stuck clearly in the middle waiting for a £155 refund, which I still haven't received. Evri's delivery service and customer service is atrocious. Anyone with any commonsense would never use them again.
Delivery man shouted aggressively ""open the effing door!"
Parcel was 4 days late, no tracking updates or explanation as to why. I contacted Amazon to say parcel not received and was given a refund and told I can decline to accept the parcel if it turned up. Lather that night - about 8.30 pm, a delivery driver rang my bell to deliver the parcel. I started to explain that as I had a refund i am declining the delivery. The driver went nuts and started shouting that he didnt have time to listen to me and I should "open the effing door!". I said no and he said then he would leave it outside the building. I live on a busy street in London so it would likely be stolen as has happened in the past. I wish all online companies would publish which delivery service is being used by sellers so we have an option to shop elsewhere and avoid unreliable companies like Evri.
No customer service
This used to be such a good courier service. It is now impossible to speak to a human to locate your package. Apart from the fact they they insist on leaving items on the doorstep, they frequently give you a delivery date and then say they haven't been able to deliver. Will not buy in future from any seller using Evri. They are a load of rubbish. Too busy with their European markets.

Hey, I’m sure it’ll not be found, just like the one in February which was supposed to be delivered to the same parcel shop and I got a report back from you that it must have been lost.
2 years ago you managed to lose a double mattress. I’m assuming it may have fallen between the drivers seat and the central console.
This is actually getting beyond belief now. I had to get all my parcels diverted to a parcel shop because the empty head driver kept repeatedly dropping my parcels off at an apartment complex 2 streets away. It seems Evri are beyond help and their customer service must be nonexistent. I don’t want to speak to a bot or talk through emails, I want to speak to a human being. I’ve asked for call back after call back and nothing has ever been received.
Your company is a shambles.
I will not have to claim a full refund for the goods Evri have once again lost or the delivery driver needs investigating.
Evri is a total headache
I ordered 3 items online. On the 15th of April, 2 out of the 3 items were delivered.
On the 16th of April, I received an email from Evri, informing me that a parcel had been received for delivery, "damaged beyond repair" and that I should contact the vendor to arrange a refund or replacement. The email had a certificate of damage attached, presumably so that I can forward it to the vendor as proof.
However, the information Evri supplied, regarding the vendor and tracking number, are completely different to those that I have at the time of making my purchase!
That in and of itself has little to do with Evri BUT when I tried to contact Evri to garner a little more information it is IMPOSSIBLE to do so.
You are given two options:
1. Use their online chat facility
2. Physically call them
When I called and entered the tracking number, I was told, "This parcel was damaged beyond repair. Contact the vendor direct". Fantastic! I already knew that but was hoping to actually speak to a human who might just possess a brain cell and could help me investigate WHO the vendor is!
I then tried their online chat. I wish I hadn't bothered. You are given 3 basic options, none of which has anything to do with what I want and it is operated by AI (no-one can read a question and type a reply in 0.000000001 seconds) and once I had given the tracking number, it too informed me the parcel was damaged beyond repair and I could not send any further information or ask another question!
WHY DO YOU NOT ALLOW CUSTOMERS TO SPEAK TO ANYONE? WHY DO YOU HAVE TO MAKE IT SO BLOODY DIFFICULT?
It is not your responsibility if the vendor uses two different names and/or tracking numbers, but perhaps you could have garnered me with further information to help me resolve the issue.
It is of little surprise that the majority of your reviews are bad, because you don't listen to what is being said and you certainly don't care enough to do anything about the feedback received, yet you persist in sending emails asking for feedback on your deliveries.
Why don't you man up and start employing real people who can answer telephones and cover online chats! Obviously, none of you have ever availed yourselves of Evri's services when ordering something online!

I ordered a very expensive bottle of perfume from Debenhams on March 7th and it mysteriously disappeared from Evri's depot ! Ordered a resend and although I requested it sent by another company with a 24hr service, Debenhams still sent it via Evri ! This second bottle has now been confirmed, by Evri, to be lost !!! I have now requested a refund which I might get before Christmas if I'm lucky, but instead of searching their depot I think they should consider who has handled these parcels !

Not sure if this is the correct way of replying to my post on EVRI from EVRI but it is EVRI BIT as useless as the company its self. It suggests they are sorry I have had such a bad experience. This is every company using EVRI to send parcels to me over a long peroid of time.It is not a one off. The suggestion in the reply ." Their home complaints page". Really !!!!!!. I have tried this . Tears of fraustration. Clocks ticking my life away. This IS Shocking customer care. The recipient stuck bettween the sender ,thier customer. All other delivery companies manage to deliver on time and to the door. If you are notified it is an EVRI delivery your heart sinks.
Absolutely useless company
Absolutely useless company, there is no option to speak to a human, and their chatbot is unhelpful. Says my parcel was delivered but it never arrived, and there's nothing I can fo about it as the website is now telling me that the postcode for my order number is incorrect.
