I hesitated to attend
I hesitated to attend, in the way that one hesitates before an event that will cause extreme pain . The information laid bare in all of its raw power was so sensitively curated, not to sensationalise the horror , but to develop a true narrative of the Nova festival’s being attacked, and each individual story of the participants . Humanity at its very best, contrasting with extreme anticipatory devravity.

Extremely stressful
I luckily got tickets, but the ticket system ( on the eventim website)is way too confusing and complicated, it’s completely different to ticket master or axs ( and i mean thats when choosing/clicking on tickets) this made it very difficult to differentiate between ticket options ,there is two seating options of circle seated, when choosing this, you dont know where you are sitting, there was a option to choose tickets on seating chart but when clicking on chart no tickets were available! I think the ticket choices need to be more clear on what is included and what the views are etc. So i was forced to do circle seating, one is more expensive than the other which im assuming more expensive means closer view. I dont know if the tickets didnt show up on seating chart due to the constant update on ticket availability but this made it 10x worse than it actually should’ve been.
I thankfully got tickets after refreshing the page for 27 minutes. Because of this process i am now going to be very hesitant at trying to get tickets that are held at this venue, typically i always attempt to buy tickets directly with the venue as typically it is an easier process however i shouldve opted for axs - giving the fact the structure of the ticket purchase process is way more straightforward,
Obviously as you all know, buying tickets is stressful enough, going in the queue, getting a number , clicking on the available tickets when out of the queue, and this ontop of all the shenanigans with the purchase process for eventim, i think it just magnified the stress, eventhough you dont even have to queue to attempt your purchase on tickets like other big companies.
i hope this can be taken into consideration at eventim and this is no hate to them, this is just my experience and opinion and i really hope this can be improved by the time i want to attend a different concert and i need to purchase tickets.

The seating options and availability shown during the booking process are determined by the event organisers and can change continuously as other customers complete their purchases. This can sometimes mean that seats shown on the seating plan are no longer available by the time customers attempt to select them.

£10 Forced bag check in SCAM
Eventim Apollo now believes it is okay to force customers to pay £10 to check in their bags over the size of A4 when it HAS NEVER DONE THIS IN ALL HISTORY BEFORE. It's a blatant rip off and completely bad for business. I will think twice about ever coming to the Apollo again and have told all my friends who are very angry and shocked too. This is NOT ON.

My contact at Eventim was Chris Lough, and he couldnt have been more helpful. I booked 4 tickets including two for a couple of friends, but one had to visit his dying mother in Australia and wont be baxck in time for the 19th June, so Chris very kindly helped me gat a refund for the existing tickets and I bought 4 more for the same show but a month later. Thank you Chris.
