Be careful!

Be careful!

I placed an order to collect a parcel.
From Portugal to France

They sent me the collection date (14/04/2026), between 9am to 6pm.

I waited that day. Nobody came.

Their office officially close at 18pm.
But when I called et 17h30, voice mail, "our office are closed"

Therefore, I quickly sent an email, that same day.

The next morning, I received a response

Your collection has been planned on the 15/04/2026. 9am to 6pm

No explanation, nor valid excuses.

I tried to called that same person, who sent me the email.
(Phone number is not valid)🙃

I called another center in Luxembourg.
They said they're going to do "their best to resolve promptly the matter"

Minutes later, I received a "second response" from the same person who initially I was in contact

"Sorry, our internal policy can not permit us to determine a specific period of time"

In conclusion, just wait all day from 9am to 6pm, and "may be you get lucky than time".

How can I define this kind of prestation?

The worst ever..

My advice, "Do not use them"

Prices seem to be reasonable, but it comes at a huge cost, your mental sanity"

I sent 25 Boxes from Switzerland to…

I sent 25 Boxes from Switzerland to Greece and the shipment took 1.5 months instread of 4 days that were promised.
I am not an expert in export matters but I had to fill out a form with export codes without any knowledge or help from Eurosender. Since I was not assisted with this many things went wrong and the shipment couldn't get out of the costums.
I had to contact the greek costums myself around 15 times to solve the problem because Eurosender did not help me properly after I paid them.
At some point I even got informed that the cosutums might send my things back or destroy them if they wouldnt get the right papers.
This was one of the most stressful experiences I ever had with a company.

Scam for extra chraging from my card

At the time of booking, we agreed on a specific price based on the declared weight. The actual shipment weight was lower than what I initially declared, and when I requested a refund for the excess kilos paid, this was refused.
About a month later, the company contacted me claiming there had been a mistake in the weight calculation and that additional charges were due. Two days ago, they deducted this extra amount directly from my card without my authorization or explicit approval.
I did not give permission for this additional charge, and I will not use this company again.

Hidden Fees and Confusing Packaging Rules

I recently shipped a suitcase with Eurosender and was later charged an unexpected €67 “packaging fee.” Their website shows duct tape as an approved “exterior packaging material,” so I secured my suitcase accordingly. Only afterwards did they claim that everything must be in a cardboard box, despite their own site giving contradictory information.

The charge was not made clear during booking, and the threat of debt collection for such a small dispute feels aggressive and unprofessional. For a company that markets itself as simple and affordable, this kind of hidden fee and unclear policy is misleading to customers.

If you plan to use Eurosender, be aware:

Always put your luggage inside a cardboard box, even though their site suggests other materials.

Expect additional charges if you don’t follow unclear instructions.

Customer service is inflexible and quick to threaten collection instead of resolving issues fairly.

Very disappointed - I would not recommend their service.

CAREFUL! THESE GUYS ARE NOT HONEST

Price was much cheaper than any other company, their website is easy to use. FedEx took the parcel at given adress the day and time that was agreed and delivery was fast in other European country... So all good BUT problems start 2 weeks after receiving the package.... we received an email to try to scam us in paying more money on a false claim of the package having more volumetric weight than described at the pickup which was not true... then they tried to invent another reason : it was because it was not packed properly.... then again because of the dimensions.... never paid a euro, BE CAREFUL, THEY TRY ALL THEY CAN. KEEP PHOTOS OF YOUR PARCELS!
BEST EVEN... DON'T USE THIS COMPANY

Scammers…

Like others we've just received an email claiming our shipment was heavier than declared. Absolute scam. I asked why they wait until after the shipment has been delivered and unpacked to raise an extra charge rather than doing so prior to or at delivery when it can be checked. The answer is obvious. Avoid this company like the plague.

TOTAL SCAMMERS, AVOID.

Order no. 331814-24
Totally a scam, stay away. We booked a shipment on the 29th of September and paid the amount as per instructed on their website. On the 18th of November they sent us an email about Additional Charges Incurred for our parcel Parcel Order no. 331814-24. They were contesting that the courier reported a billable for 1,90 kgs difference in weight from what we declared and a subsequent price difference of 54,72 EUR.
They asked us to send photos to show the weight and the volume of the package so they could dispute it with the courier. We sent at least 5 emails with pictures and everything and actually asked to see proof of what the courier had declared. Never received an answer. Their last email was sent on the 4th of December by the head of payment confirming they charged us 54,72 EUR for 1,90 kgs.
TOTAL SCAMMERS, AVOID.

SCAM COMPANY - INSURANCE IS A SCAM.

Order to deliver from italy to Lithuania a parcel of 9kg. Paid premium insurance up to 1000eur.

They picked up the parcel, never sent a tracking code.

I made a request where is my package and ONLY THEN THEY SHARED THE tracking number, and found out my package is missing. And they REFUSE TO REFUND ME EVEN IF I PAID FOR EXTRA INSURANCE.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.

stolen items

Like many people here I also had a very bad experience.
They didn't show up to pick up the parcel, they came next day and ofc I had to wait the entire day for them to decide to show up. After, 10 days, I contacted them asking to know where the parcel was and it was way over the ETA, and after several calls and emails the parcel arrived 3 days later. when I finally received the items, the box was tempered, destroyed even thoughit had the label fragile and the items were stolen ofc. Ofc they pointed out to the T&C and yes it was my bad for not reading through all of them before hiring the service, btw spoiler alert they are cannot be held accountable for anything at all. So avoid them at all cost, they don't care about their customers.

Eurosender did well with unreliable couriers

Wanted to leave a good review for this company. My order didn't get picked up on the day it was supposed to... 7 boxes of 30kg each. I call eurosender, it's 6 10pm, the operators don't work anymore. I open Trustpilot and see all the horror stories with forgotten orders and lost packages. I am supposed to fly out the next day... None of the links I had for Eurosender or DPD, the courier, helped even a bit. Didn't know what to do, didn't sleep well. The next morning I call Eurosender, a pleasant voice answers and suggests they contact DPD and figure out what is hapenning. Meanwhile I move my flight to Saturday. The operator was very helpful in explaining all the different options. I really had to leave by Saturday night, so I would not be able to wait until Monday for DPD to pick up the boxes. The operator then suggested we wait for their answer and if the boxes are not picked up on Friday, they would freeze or refund(80%) of the order. So I could send the boxes later on when I am back in the country. Around 1pm the DPD calls and explains that their driver forgot the papers the day before but is coming now in 10 minutes... Happy end.
I recognise that Eurosender has to rely on not completely reliable couriers and in my case they did a good job explaining the situation.
I wish they would have longer support hours, so if the package is scheduled to be delivered by 6pm and is not, we could still talk to a person. And I wish there would be more insight into what is happening with the couriers. Like they could already write or call me on Thursday explaining what happened. But again, that's not on eurosender, even though they could start demanding it more from their couriers

Eurosender is a lottery.

Eurosender is a lottery.
It might go really well, it might goes terribly and you end up losing your parcels.
Their support is not helpful. If there is an issue, they tell you to talk to the transportation company, who by the way, doesn't take calls from end customers.
It's a nightmare! And endless hell cycle.
I sent 12 boxes from Italy to Spain and received 11, most of them destroyed. When contacting Eurosender, they just said: "There is nothing we can do, please contact GLS."
GLS doesn't take calls from end users. No way to contact them, no way to talk to a real person.
Eurosender didn't help a bit!

This is a SCAM

This is a SCAM!
They never came to pick up the bag I payed for. I was at home for 8 hours 6 days in a row and no one came to pick it up. I spoke to Eurosender and the currier about 20 times and they are not taking any accountability, they will not refund me and they are not going to organize the pick up. So my conclusion is that it is a SCAM COMPANY WHO TAKES YOUR MONEY WITHOUT ACTUALLY DOING THE SERVICE YOU PAYED FOR.
Stay clear or using them.

Don't use it if you want to receive your items

Don't use it. Takes much longer than expected, overpriced for the service, o helpful customer service, misleading information and contradictory statements.

I wanted to send something with the Express Service. They don't send the label right away, for me it was only the next morning, so the delivery service they used could not take it. I wanted to cancel the delivery, they told me they rescheduled it. Even though that was then already not anymore the express delivery I have bought, I decided to give it another try. But, again an issue with the pickup. The guy rang the bell and just left, even if the door was opened right away. No call, nothing, even if they say they would call. So I had to call the service of the delivery provider. At least they came back the day and picked it up. It says online they will check the package for the content, did not happen for me. I wanted to send two packages. Now there are two packages with issues for delivery. For the first package they said they tried to deliver it yesterday, but they have not even rang, I was home the whole day, could have not missed it, but I guess the driver was just tired and did not want to deliver anymore as it was in the evening, so he just left the note he could not reach someone. Also did not receive any phone call again (even though they said he would). Now I'm still stuck, don't have the package, and have to plan everything around it as they don't deliver on Saturdays. Next issue with the other package is I supposedly have not said there is dangerous good included and it is stuck, I have to pay for it extra costs to send it back, pick it up, or they will destroy it. I have only send personal items, so nothing I would have considered dangerous goods. I was not briefed by Eurosender about it, nothing. The issue is you have the contract with Eurosender, they have a contract with someone to deliver. But you don't get all the information. So be careful with this. Cannot recommend at all. Customer service is also not helpful. When I wanted to get at least a partial refund, they said it is not possible as it was already picked up. That's strange, cause before it was picked up, they told me already it is not possible anymore. This is all very contradictory and sketchy, so better don't use it and go to a delivery service directly.

Furthermore, on their website they show they have a 4 out of 5 star rating, which looks like the one of trustpilot. However don't get fooled, as you can see from all these reviews, it is not, and I have no idea, what kind of (fake?) rating it is.
