Eurosenders is a SCAM.
I have two packets I paid to pick up and send.
DPD never showed up, I was at home and would have seen they come. Nobody called me neither.
Then they rebooked 2 days later. Same joke again. They send an email, that the sender was not at home. It is a lie. Then again rebooked again.
I told them they can use the money for whatever.
I will go directly to CTT or DHL and send as usual.
VERY BAD SERVICE, it is a SCAM. Money paid, nothing was done. I can prove everything.

I had a great experience and I’m very satisfied with the service. Hristijan I. was extremely helpful, professional and responsive throughout the whole process. He was quick to assist me and made everything much easier. The communication was excellent and I really appreciated his kindness and professionalism. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing costumer service

Due to my fault, not obtaining and using a reference number when I ordered the delivey, the package was not picked up from sender so I had to request assistance. Daniel was a big help remaking a complete order and getting the package picked up from Poland and delivered to me in Romania. Thank you very much for your help.
