Unacceptable service – cancelled after months of delays
I ordered a jersey on 5 October with a promised delivery date of 31 October. This was meant to be a Christmas present.
Instead of receiving the item, I was sent repeated delay emails for over three months, only to be told on 6 January that the item was out of stock and my order was being cancelled and refunded.
Keeping a customer waiting for months and then cancelling after Christmas shows extremely poor stock control and customer service. If the item was unavailable, this should have been communicated honestly much earlier.
A refund is the bare minimum, and a 25% voucher is meaningless after wasting months of a customer’s time and ruining a Christmas gift.
Completely unreliable. I would not recommend ordering from NFL Europe.
They have since offered a further voucher but I'm still very disappointed.

They want me to send it back. But the whole pocedure is just horrible.
Every time someone “new” mails me. And they dont read the last mails.

First purchase, but definitely not my last
I've been watching American Football coverage in the UK since Nicky Horne introduced it to us on Channel 4 in the 1980's.
I managed to see coverage for some of the play-off games on and after Xmas.
It's during this time that I saw NFL shop being advertised.
Once I got to the site,it was fun to look around their gear to see what was available. I was like a kid in a candy store!
Then I saw it; a football displaying the unification of the AFL and the NFL, creating the first Superbowl in 1967 (my birth year?)
With the very worthwhile discount and low delivery costs, I couldn't get the ball ordered fast enough.
Bearing in mind that I ordered the ball very late on Christmas night, it showed up yesterday - 29th Dec '25. Personally, I think that's pretty quick 😳🤯.
It's a terrific bit of kit and I'm over the moon with my purchase.
When i get a few spare quid, I'm going straight back to grab another one or two bargain.

Return my money back
placed my order three months ago. I can't track it and it never arrived. I've written to support several times asking for a refund, but they tell me the return period has passed and so on. They simply didn't send my parcel and don't want to return the money. They deliberately dragged out the time only to later say that the deadline has expired and we won't return anything to you. They're scammers, basically. I don't recommend anyone buy anything from them.

Ordered on 12th December with website saying guaranteed delivery for Christmas.
Checked today and the item was still “processing”. Spoke to Hans on chat and he said they was a severe delay with shipping and I should contact Chat again on 25th December!!! I told him to cancel the order as the item hadn’t been dispatched, he said it was company policy that they couldn’t refund an item even though it wasn’t dispatched but kept telling me to contact them again on 25th December for an update!!

So you can’t refund, but you’ll happily take £80 and make me do all the chasing. You failed to deliver in time for Christmas as your website promised yet the customer is the one who now suffers.

Customer service is a joke
Customer service is a joke. Placed order for Xmas presents for the family, lots to choose from. Order sat in processing for a week, sat on chat help for 40 mins to find out an item is out of stock. A number of days go by still hasn’t shipped despite being processed it would be shipped on the day I last contacted them. Sit on chat for 50 mins to find another item is out of stock and thrice shipped nothing. And now nothing will arrive by xmas
