I have worked alongside Europa Worldwide for around 2 years now - They are absoluteley fantastic to deal with.

We have built our relationship from the ground up, and laid the foundations for a watertight partnership between Sugden & Europa.

Europa have collected many shipments within Europe & the UK... The communication is always on-point from the lovely Sarah-Jane. Also, my dealings with Kat at the start cannot go un-noticed - So a big thank you to Kat during the on-boarding process and early stages of our working partnership.

If you are looking for a 'One-Stop Shop' and a Freight Forwarder who will look after you in both Pricing & Service Level, look no further than Europa Worldwide. You will not be dissapointed.

Absolutely horrendous. This is the second time my company has had the misfortune of having a parcel arrive in the uk with Europa. Lies, fraud, miscommunication, rudeness, its unbelievable the level of negligence on display

Great communication and support.

We use Europa to ship palletised goods from Austria to the Uk. The service they provide is professional, responsive and competitively priced.
The main reason we use Europa is their communication, it’s excellent and makes for a smooth transit of goods to end user.

Great freight service company and staff are very friendly!

Didn’t turn up at our business address on the agreed date, charge for attempting to come out, and then threaten legal proceedings for not paying their invoice for absolutely no service provided. Europa world worldwide Dartford - disgusting.

Edit: In response to the below I will forward the shameful email trail from your employee Miles O’Donnell to your marketing email address. Arrogant replies to a situation he knows jack all about, and didn’t reply when I pointed out he had done a complete 180 of events on events on 3 successive emails he sent to me on the same day!

Also, I love that you have cranked up the fake reviews from accounts with a single review of Europa to drown this out since I left it a couple of weeks ago

Working with Europa every day receiving excellent customer service, very kind to speak to, correct documentation and invoices, notifying if any delays due to customs and delivering within their indicated ETA. Very good and reliable carrier!
