I've used a few different branches through company work + my local Maidstone branch for private work & I'm impressed with how helpful staff are - prices are great too. Just order items for site delivery as some parts are 5.5metres long & free delivery over £50...

I think Eurocell is very good because they have a wide range of products at very reasonable prices and helpful knowledgeable staff to boot.

The online ordering was easy and straightforward . When I went to collect my order the staff at the Sunderland branch were extremely friendly and helpful,very polite and knowledgeable. I can't praise them enough for the service I received.

I found the online ordering process relatively simple. I received a phone call, within about 30 minutes of the order being placed, saying parts were ready for collection.

I think Eurocell is very good because they are incredibly responsive and helpful whenever I have needed them. Excellent service from start to finish. Dave in the Bridlington branch always goes above and beyond. Will definitely be using Eurocell again.

I would strongly advise against ordering from Eurocell online.

I placed my order on **7 June 2026** and received an order confirmation, but after weeks had passed I had still received neither my order nor any tracking information. I had to contact Eurocell myself just to ask what was happening.

The Customer Experience Manager then instructed the Slough branch to contact me the same day with an update. Despite this, I received no response whatsoever.

After chasing again, my complaint was escalated to a Regional Manager (Complaint Reference: **327472**) and I was assured that I would be contacted "as soon as possible." Once again, no one contacted me and I received no updates.

The most disappointing aspect has been the complete lack of communication. I've repeatedly had to chase for information, with promises of callbacks and updates that were never fulfilled. Weeks later, I was still left without my order or any meaningful explanation.

This is not the level of customer service I would expect from a national company. A simple update or honest communication would have gone a long way, but instead I have been left feeling ignored throughout the entire process.

Very disappointing experience, and unfortunately I cannot recommend ordering from Eurocell based on the customer service I have received.

Ordered some specialist bits today for a big job we’re doing. Really friendly and helpful staff, went out of their way to show us the different products and solutions we could use for the look we wanted. Always prompt delivery, and a friendly but professional service. Thanks again

The best customer service from John (think that was his name). He basically calculated exactly what we needed from basic measurements. Price couldn't be beaten and even we failed to safely attach the facia boards to the roof rack John offered to deliver them to us in his van for no extra charge! Top notch service all round.
