Placed order Sunday evening about 7pm and it was delivered approx 11am Monday. Couldn’t ask for better service

No replies to emails, delivery took ages, and they delivered an already opened, used tube of sealant which already styrted to dry up!
I paid for a new product!
Never heard anything back, never got refund for it.
Do not recommend at all.

After ordering my items online on the Friday, for delivery, I received a call shortly after to say that they would be able to deliver them on the Monday.

I also received a call to advise that they would be delivering within the next 30 minutes. True to their word Adam arrived (Burton on Trent) he was very friendly and also helped me to carry all the items to the rear of the house.

Highly recommend and will be ordering more panels to complete the fencing in the rear garden.

Ordered on Sunday for what was a 48hr delivery. Here we are EIGHT DAYS LATER, and still no sign of delivery, or phone call / email giving reason for delay !

Got thro to the local branch, (Chelmsford) who initially couldn't find the order. Eventually found in a pile of papers, and apparently, not a stock item. But by co-incidence, was due to be delivered to them the very next day, and would send it on to me "as soon as they can" (I would have been a happier customer if they'd notified me of the potential delay by phone or email)

Went in today needing a patio door stay. They supplied one instantly at a very good price. Steve, Dan and Dave were top blokes and showed great customer service and banter more importantly. Would go again and recommend them to others.

I think Eurocell is very good because the website was easy to use, had a good choice of products, prices were competitive and the people at the store were great.

Easy to select items and quick ordering process

We have ordered items before and they are always polite and nice. The delivery driver is always helpful and my husband wouldn't go to anywhere else for his items
