I am writing to express my concern regarding my scheduled appointment on 03/10/2025 at 09:30, which was unexpectedly canceled. Unfortunately, I received no prior notification by phone or email, and only learned of the cancellation when I arrived.

I was informed that the cancellation was due to the tyres being out of stock. While I understand stock issues can happen, I would have greatly appreciated timely communication, as this would have saved me both time and

Etyres delivered as quoted and delivered as promised to my preferred fitter.

Ordered 4 tyres at 08:30 am for a 12:30 fitting at a local garage. I paid slightly more to have it done " on day " when compared to deals elsewhere for "next day" or "48hr" time booking slots. Car was dropped off at garage and i returned 90 mins later, the tyres were not at the garage, but the garage did not inform me initially, they waited until I returned after the hour slot. The garage did however inform etyres who frankly were completely useless, they said they couldn't guarantee the tyres would be delivered within 6 days ( their refund process takes 6 days ) so I was in a hopeless position of not having the money nor a new set of tyres, and no guaranteed delivery time, they didn't offer an upgrade, a discount, it was almost as if it was totally acceptable on their behalf to falsely represent they could fit tyres on day and then also found it acceptable that I should then work with an indefinite/ indeterminate fitting time. Honestly beyond crap, useless. STILL NO TYRES, STILL NO OPTIONS, STILL NO DELIVERY TIME

My second time using this service. It’s been, once again, faultless. Special shout out to SETYRES (Epsom) for replacing 4 tyres and carrying out 2-wheel alignment - all in 30mins.

The tyres are a great price. And to be able to have mobile fitting at home means less time waiting for tyres to be changed.

I showed up with car at the appointed time and left them to it for an hour or so. The correct new tyres were fitted and although there was an issue with adjusting the tracking (which I had also booked), this was amicably sorted out the following week.

The fitter gave me a call when they found that one of the tracking adjusters was seized, said they'd ordered a new one and advised me to come back and get the tracking sorted, which I did the following week.

The whole process of replacing a worn tyre was easy and quick and the tyre company I attended was courteous, quick and easy.

Easy to negotiate the etyres site, good choice of tyres both budget and name brand, competitive pricing and local next day fitting! Couldn’t ask for more!

You select a time, but after payment, confirmation says the garage will fit you in when they can because of other jobs. I had to wait 1.5 hours.
Luckily, there was a coffee shop near by.

Very easy to book and the garage gave a set time for the fitting. Very straight forward and had a coffee whilst waiting. Will be using e-tyres and this garage for future tyres and service.

Easy to use app. Found the tyre I needed at the right price. Recieved by fitter the next day.

Poor customer service. Be warned they offer timeslots for tyre changes with third party garages but garages have their own workload. Therefore a simple tyre change will take hours and be on the backend of a garages workload. Avoid as its a waste of your time and expectations

Easy to use website, wide choice of tyres at fair prices. Tyres delivered to fitting garage on time. Overall a very good experience
