Fast, efficient and friendly experience

Easy website to navigate and select a local fitter.

Everything went realy smoothly from accessing the website and checking all the tyres that would fit my car the ones I chose were the cheapest I could find after checking numerous sites straight forward from start to finnish.

Super trustworthy service.

Highly recommended!

Went in for a single tyre replacement. Not pushy or on the up-sell. Reviewed my other tyres, found two nails causing slow leaks and provided honest advice.

Sat in all day for a mobile fitter and had a no show. Fitter phoned the following day to book in a fitting and said they don’t work on Sundays so they didn’t know why etyres would have booked it on their system for a Sunday fitting and that the job hadn’t been booked in with them and the tyres had only just arrived on the Monday morning. When I phoned etyres to try and understand more it’s no exaggeration to say the customer services agent couldn’t have cared less - didn’t apologise and didn’t offer any explanation - just made the whole experience worse to be honest.

The convenience of home fitting from a great business

I originally chose to buy my tyres from eTyres because the prices were really competitive. But I am compelled to write a review because of the way they handled things when my order was wrong purely due to my own fault. I raised a help ticket and Abbie responded within an hour. She was really helpful and understanding and after a short back and forth by email my new tyres were ordered and fitting booked in. For the impressive customer service, I recommend eTyres.

The place was very clean, with accessible drinking facilities and well-maintained restrooms. The seating area was comfortable, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I couldn’t fault the experience and will definitely be returning.

Tyre fitter kept me informed of any issues that arose, which was very reassuring.

If I could give no stars, I would. Do not book with Etyres. They take your money and send confirmation of your booking but have no access to the garage's diaries. So when you turn up, they might not actually be able to do what you booked for. All the while Etyres keep your money. In my case, not only did this happen to me, but Etyres didn't even send any communication to the garage. So they didn't have my tyres in stock and had no proof I'd paid so tried to charge me again. Etyres took no ownership for this mis-selling but happily kept my money. Con artists!

Second time ordering from etyres, both times the best price available. Tyres were both only a few weeks old so good to see not old stock.

Delivered direct to local fitter in time for appointment. Would recommend to friends and family.

Exceptional (eTyres) Service Throughout... Thank you.

This will be one of the easiest reviews I've ever written, quite simply right from the outset I have recieved exceptional service throughout. Right from my inital enquiry and just inputting my car registration, to picking my tyres and being advised of a better tyre (which unexpectedly wasn't more extortionally expensive) the reason for the advice (which I did subsequently follow). To booking my fitting date and having the tyre fitted by a very polite, efficient, helpful and pleasant person (sorry I cannot recall his name...), the whole experience I have had from eTyres was fantastic.

I have and will continue to recommend eTyres to my family and friends and I am sure some have already used you, this whole process could not have been easier... You put in your car registration, select your tyres, pick your slot and pay.... I was sent an email shorly after placing my order, acknowledging my purchase from my local branch and that I would be sent a text to advise of the time slot and that was it. On the day of the fitting I was duly sent a slot time and as mentioned above (the very efficient and pleasant man), arrived introduced himself and got on with the removal of the wheel, changing of the tyre and refitting of my wheel and everthing was all done and dusted in around 10-15 mins.

Terrible experience, avoid!!! etyres state (on their FAQ) "Do I need to call the garage before the fitting? There is no need to call ahead - we sort everything out for you. Your tyres will be sent direct to your chosen fitting station so they'll be expecting you. We'll send a confirmation text if you provide your phone number." Well: (i) my tyres were not at the fitter when I arrived (having taken half a day off work), despite the confirmation; (ii) when I called, it was clear that etyres have no tracking system so are themselves unaware of the status of deliveries; (iii) they made no attempt to contact me ahead of driving to the garage, presumably because they do not know what is going on themselves; (iv) this was all my fault for not reading the T&Cs as they are simply a mail order company and accept no responsibility for failing to deliver before my booked fitting slot; (v) their telephone number (0808) does not even work on many mobiles as it is premium rate; (vi) no apology was offered by the agent on the phone who was far from helpful or sympathetic. To be fair, etyres did agree to a refund and apologise when I submitted a refund request, having reordered the tyres from direct from another fitter (and £50 cheaper for the same two tyres!)
