Very happy with ETOREN
Very happy with ETOREN. I placed my order over the weekend, it shipped on Tuesday (Florida time) and arrived from Singapore on Thursday. That's 1 day processing, 2 days shipping, and 1 day for time zones. Very impressed! As for the product itself, the SHARP AQUOS R9 pro, I had very high expectations which it has entirely exceeded, and the price was great. Also it was neatly packaged and came with some goodies including a charger brick, cable, usb c adapter, screen protector applied, and a case. Thank you! I have already recommended etoren to friends and will continue to.

What I wanted quick smart
Product was what I wanted, at a good price and was delivered fast and without hassles.
A problem I had was due to a new bank "security" process ("3D secure authentication") which refused my credit card. Banks and companies need to be more transparent in their communications with customers and explain issues rather than simply blocking sales. I paid by PayPal which incurred added cost.

It was very fast a good
It was very fast a good. I want to buy smartphone that doesn't sales in my country. And found this shop. Price was great, i buy it. But then start read reviews on google and other platforms. I was scared, somebody write that don't get phone, somebody that get powerbank but want phone, brrrr...I don't know maybe it fake reviews. I don't have any problems, everything is great. And even i get the charger for free.

Smooth and convient from the beginning to the delivery
From the beginning to the delivery, receiving my smartphone, it was all really smooth, polite and handy.
No problem to write in German. I forgot to order in German language, but asking for the favour to prepare for German language was instantly answered and no problem (I admit I still didn't start it yet, no time, but I'm sureit's in German language)

The shipping too long for product delivery within Singapore, for delivery charge of $16. If it is $3 I can accept.

EDIT 18 Aug 2025:
After reading the reply from etoren today (18 Aug 2025), I need to clarify.... The order was placed on 26 Nov but I only received it on Dec 5. That's the reason for the disappointed delivery service.
No doubt it's not the fault of etoren, problem lies more on the courier company.
Finally, etoren's reply didn't address the issue of open box with lots of finger prints.
