This was a gift for a Beautiful teen who has been broken by Bullies throughout her school years....Karma has presented her with a £440 Prom dress and the jewellery supplied by you.
This "Ugly Duckling" will become Maleficent the Swan and put the lot to shame...you are born with class and jewellery just adds the shine. Bullies tarnish all they touch...nuf said.

Prompt delivery
Prompt delivery. Nicely packaged. Only thing is they are quite small and I lost one on it's first wear! This is the problem with clip ons. I think that because they are so tiny the clip isn't strong enough.
Eternal Collection have offered to replace the earring I lost. Very kind of them and unexpected.

Reply from Eternal Collection (Scotland)
Good afternoon Mrs Shorter and thank you for your review as without it we would not be aware that you have lost one of your clip on earrings. We use the mini clips on many of our designs as they are not only a lovely teardrop shape but they are easy to wear with or without comfort pads. They may be smaller than other clips but they are remarkably strong too. If you could let me know which earring you have lost we will be able to send you a single earring to make up the pair for you and as it is your first order with us we would the earring free of charge along with comfort pads, which may give you more confidence that they will hold. You can e-mail me directly if you prefer on susan@eternalcollection.co.uk. Kindest regards. . .Susan
