Really pretty bracelet
Really pretty bracelet, exceeded my expectations. Good weight and looks more expensive. Plan to wear on its own as a statement piece, but could also be layered with other bracelets. It arrived quickly, in a nice box so would make a good gift too.

It is important for us to know whenever there is a problem with an order - if we had known before we would have offered to send out a replacement pair for you. Although we sell vast quantities of our semi precious cabochon earrings sadly on thankfully rare occasions the stone can detach from the setting. This could be due to some semi precious stones being less porous than others so some may require more adhesive and although we check them before packing they can dislodge en route or soon after wearing. Being one of our long selling lines we are certain that this is not a common issue but I sincerely apologise for your inconvenience and disappointment. This is another lovely distinctive necklace from Eternal Collection. As always with jewellery from this company it is well made from quality material and exactly as described on their website. Also, as with the other necklaces I have purchased from them, it sits really nicely on the neck when worn. Highly recommended jewellery from an online company (with a very easy to use website) which is always despatched very promptly. All their jewellery is elegantly presented in a very nice box and well packaged. Highly recommended.

Disappointed
It's disappointing that a pair of inexpensive earrings cannot be posted through the letterbox?
I purchased the earrings for a wedding, but returned from holiday to two attempted delivery cards from Royal Mail.
By the time they were redelivered, the wedding had already happened.

I am so sorry for this obvious inconvenience - we always pack our items in a padded envelope and in the smallest size possible for the item or items in the order. The one that your order was sent in was definitely small enough to fit through a letterbox so I can only apologise that Royal Mail for some reason chose not to do so. We send many orders every day and the vast majority are posted through the recipient's letterbox without any issue. It is particularly frustrating as the earrings were for a particular occasion. As a small gesture of goodwill if you would prefer to return the earrings to us we will of course issue a full refund and a free returns label - please kindly advise if this is what you wish.
