We had our meeting with Andrew Ford the estate planning consultant via teams. We found Andrew to be extremely informative which enabled us to plan a way forward and engage Co-op to prepare our wills. Having always avoided making a Will because it just seemed to convoluted and difficult I am so pleased to have been in the very gentle, kind and encouraging hands of Andrew Ford, who could not have been kinder, encouraging and professional. He made the entire thing easy, radiating confidence and expertise. I do not come from a background of Will makers, so was very apprehensive about it all. I need not have been. Absolutely excellent service. Would highly recommend.
Have had to undertake the post divorce life (and death) admin. (It has to be done) It’s been exceptionally easy & straight forward. Spoke with the wonderful and exceptional Joshua Lacey, who was able to identify what my immediate concerns & needs are. As always, things can change in life, so I was able to discuss my aims going forward and Joshua outline how to future proof my will and estate management. Very simple and easy to understand processes. Cannot fault the service one bit. Clear, concise, professional & friendly service, which has made me more than happy to proceed (substantially less stressful than when I wrote my last will) I can relax knowing that my will and power of attorney matters are in hand. Thank you to Joshua and to Co-op for this service.

Not impressed
Filled in the online form. I recieved a phone call to schedule an appointment. I was told that even though my partner also had a will arranged with Co-Op, I could still organise a will myself. Appointment was scheduled for two days later. I waited in for the phone call. Only to be told by the advisor that infact the first advice I recieved was wrong and no I couldn’t have a will with Co-Op. Waste of my time. Uneducated worker. Not impressed.
