Andrew was first class he explained everything very clearly and made it easy to understand.
We wanted lasting power of attorney which which Andrew set up for us . Andrew also explained other services that Co-op could help us with so I expect we will also set up Mirror Wills for both of us.

I have put off making a will for many…
I have put off making a will for many years, but after my mother's death, it gave me some realisation as to how stressful it is, so I contacted the CoOp and arranged an appointment.
Paul Hyatt was my adviser helping me to navigate the legal jargon and simplifying the various sections until the required documents were completed.
Paul answered all my questions clearly and methodically, his attention to detail and knowledge of his job was second to none.

Amazing personal and professional service from Hab Rahman. Hab handled all aspects of our will and was keen to find the right solution for our set of personal circumstances, no hard sell just detailed analysis of our requirements. He covered sensitive topics around health and inheritance in an empathetic way. We also were able to keep things light, despite the topic.

Awful sales tactics, misleading explanations
"Would you like your will to be tax-efficient?" asked the estate planner during the call. "Yes of course" we responded, without knowing that this will lead us to a "Trust Will" costing 3x the price of a mirror will.
Same approach was taken with the Lasting Power of Attorney. The estate planner explained that the majority of people had to resubmit the LPA multiple times through the government website, as the process was complex and cumbersome with 26 pages to fill. He then quoted £600pp for the privilege to do this on our behalf. I went on the government website and successfully did this process within 10 minutes.
Awful sales tactics, misleading explanations. Stay away from them.
