I am preparing my sixth order with Estaderma, where I have been a customer since 2023. So I have the necessary perspective to write my review. I have also been a customer of other Korean suppliers of aesthetic medicine products, so I am able to compare the services offered. I must say that they are extremely serious and offer excellent products and services, but my preference goes to Estaderma for the following reasons: a range of excellent quality products,constantly evolving, unbeatable prices, and responsive and friendly customer service. In the event of a slight problem, the team offers several solutions to the customer's choice to resolve it, and this is very appreciable because it strengthens the relationship of trust. But in general, there are no problems! The promotions are regular and significant, beyond what the competition offers, up to 35 or 40% off. And shipping is free from $333 of purchase, which is appreciable and again makes the difference. For payment, I have gotten used to using Wise transfer which is reliable, fast and economical but credit card is also accepted. Since 2023, I have observed that the company continues to progress and it is well deserved because the work and quality are really there. To further improve your services, you could try to further expand your product range, particularly in terms of lifting threads (add eye cannula 20 ea, more cannula cogs, multiple boom threads...) You could also try to provide further details on the presentation and composition of the products and their method of use. Thank you for your very great job !

I have been ordering from Estaderma for a couple years and have never had an issue. They have a great selection of products, at reasonable prices, and their shipping is super fast. Highly recommend!!!

I’ve ordered numerous times from this business. While their products are trusted, their customer service department is extremely slowwww. Trying to get an issue resolved takes weeks of constant emailing with limited responses.

This company took my money and then didn’t send me the product. They have ignored my emails for over a week now and STOLE over $200.00 from me! BEWARE!!

Been a customer for years with Tox and fillers but I have just tried out a new item for weight loss with my last order and I could not be more happy! I am going to be placing a new order soon, the one pen lasted me a month and a half and I have never felt and looked better. Amazing product and I know some people have said that with these products, there are side effects, but for me I have had zero negative side effects. Love estaderma even more now

Most of the products are safe quality and the ingredients and information are very clear. The packaging the shipping is good and responsible.They send gifts. The payment system is easy and safe.never had problems with customer service they are polite and have quick response.
