I have ordered innotox from Estaderma multiple times over the past 18 months. The customer service Is top-notch. The shipping speed is great. Everything is always packaged neatly and arrives in good shape. I’m very happy with the value for my money and would recommend ordering from the seller.

Products were great. Shipping was actually two day shipping, so really quick I was shocked. Gave an 4 star because Ice packs had already thawed out so products weren’t cold and arrived hot so I immediately placed them in the fridge. I ordered toxta Botox and I’m extremely impressed with the product, as well as lipolab shots. I haven’t completed the full lipolab treatment but I’m three weeks in and I’m looking forward to finishing out a full 6 weeks of the treatment. Will definitely be purchasing from here again.

Love these products. The customer service is terrific! The speed of delivery is impressive as well. Most of the time I get a little bonus product with my order, which is a nice surprise.

Ordered and paid, was sent fedex tracking, fedex returned to sender for whatever reason, response was good up until they got their package back at which point they asked me if I would like a reship with fedex or another provider ems.... but they still never got a reply from fedex as to why this was returned... so I selected ems... was told thank you for your patience etc.... after selecting em's shipping I've sent over 5 emails, and it's been about 10 days with no response

UPDATE: RECEIVED EMAIL ABOUT PACKAGES FR9M LATE APRIL HAD ISSUES WITH NEW CUSTOMS RULES, SO THEY WILL BE RESHIPPING AFTER KOREAN HOLIDAYS WHICH ARE 6TH AND 7TH, SO POTENTIALLY TOMORROW, IN WHICH CASE I WILL CHANGE MY REVIEW WHEN I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE AS I UNDERSTAND THINGS HAPPEN

UPDATE 5/13/25... WAS SENT NEW TRACKING FEW DAYS BACK AND PACKAGE FINALLY ARRIVED... DUE TO ALL THE CUSTUMS ISSUES AS OF LATE FEDEX HAS BEEN A PAIN... THEY SENT IT THROUGH ANOTHER PROVIDER....AND IT ARRIVED LESS THAN A WEEK.... EXTREMELY HAPPY NOW SINCE EVERYTHING WAS HOW IT SHOULD BE AND H8GHLY RECOMMEND.. THEY WERE VERY COMMUNICATIVE UP UNTIL A CERTAIN POINT BUT THAT WAS BECAUSE OF HOLIDAYS IN THEIR COUNTRY( COMPLETLY UNDERSTANDABLE) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WILL BE USING THEM AGAIN!! THANKS ESTRADERMA

Like most of you I've spent hundredssss of hours researching all the sites, looking at all the pics, and you get to a point where you are finally ready to DIY. Now you stress over finding a reputable company for your products. I have tried multiple sites and keep coming back to Estaderma. Hands down have the quickest shipping consistently & great selection of all the various products I need. I cant tell you abou their customer service because I have had zero reasons to reach out.
