Service client inacceptable malgré garantie reconnue
Très mauvaise expérience avec le service client.
J’ai signalé un défaut de fabrication sur une paire de lunettes Stark. Après contact, on m’oriente vers une plateforme en ligne pour créer une demande de service.
Première demande : le produit est reconnu sous garantie, mais la demande reste bloquée avec la mention « action en attente de ma part », sans qu’aucune action ne soit possible sur la plateforme (aucun bouton, aucune validation, aucune instruction claire). Malgré mes relances, aucune étiquette de retour prépayée ne m’est fournie, alors que le retour est exigé par leurs soins. Résultat : la demande est clôturée automatiquement.
Deuxième demande : exactement le même scénario. Le produit est toujours reconnu sous garantie, mais la procédure s’arrête là. On tourne en rond, sans solution concrète, sans possibilité d’agir, et toujours sans étiquette de retour.
En résumé :
– garantie reconnue,
– procédure inefficace,
– service client incapable de débloquer la situation,
– dossiers clôturés sans résolution.
Cette façon de procéder donne clairement le sentiment d’un parcours dissuasif, où le client est renvoyé vers une plateforme qui ne permet pas d’aller au bout de la prise en charge.
Service client lamentable, d’autant plus regrettable pour un groupe de cette envergure.

I was not informed of this and essilorluxottica are one of these companies that down give you an opertunity to make an enquiry.literally no option.
This is my second order this year,the first was left at my door and this one albeit lesser in value requires me to be home.

Ho acquistato a novembre 2024 delle lenti VX Comfort Max EPS con trattamento Crizal Prevencia, pagando 370 euro ciascuna per avere un prodotto che pensavo fosse di alta qualità. Dopo appena 10 mesi il trattamento antiriflesso ha iniziato a screpolarsi, prima su una lente e poi su entrambe.
Gli occhiali sono stati trattati con la massima cura, utilizzo del tutto normale e nessuna condizione che possa giustificare un deterioramento così rapido. Per me è inaccettabile che un prodotto di questo livello duri meno di un anno.
L’assistenza post vendita ha liquidato il problema sostenendo che non si tratta di un difetto di fabbricazione. Un giudizio che, alla luce dei fatti, non condivido affatto.
Sono profondamente deluso: un’azienda che si definisce leader mondiale non dovrebbe ignorare un problema così evidente e lasciare il cliente — e perfino l’ottico di fiducia — senza una soluzione. Questo non è il livello di qualità e serietà che mi aspettavo.
I purchased $200.00+ Ray Ban cromance sun glasses. The first time I wore them a wiped them off (with the provided Ray ban towel) the Ray Ban logo on the lens came off! Contacted what they call customer service dpt. For almost two weeks now and all that I've gotten is a automated response. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS BASEMENT CO. I don't know for sure if this is actually a ligeitamint company. So shameful to sell a product to hard working people, and it's not even their products they are selling giving every Glasses Company that is listed on ex. Websites a bad name.
Most likely these Ray Bans are knock offs. As everything else these crooks are selling. I sure do hope that light would come over their scams.

I paid $223 for “scratch-resistant” prescription readers at Target Optical—owned by Essilor Luxottica
. Within a couple of uses they had a deep scratch—despite always being kept in their case. When I returned them, I was told my warranty had just expired (counted from purchase date, not delivery) and that replacement lenses would cost another $140.
I’ve had cheaper glasses from Eyebobs, Warby Parker, and even Costco that have lasted for years without a single scratch. These did not. I won’t be buying glasses from Target Optical again.
Sono 40 anni che porto occhiali da vista ed è la prima volta che ho un'esperienza così negativa da sconsigliare in ogni modo una marca di lenti. A dicembre 2024 ho dovuto cambiare le mie lenti, diversi ottici mi hanno proposto le Essilor e alla fine, dovendo fare per la prima volta degli occhiali progressivi, mi sono fatta convincere. Il problema è sorto dopo due o tre giorni: le lenti presentavano già qualche piccolo segno, nonostante fossero state garantite come antigraffio. Torno dall'ottico a mostrargli il difetto, e lui sorpreso le rimanda indietro al laboratorio. Dopo una settimana abbondante in cui sono rimasta senza occhiali, mi arriva il nuovo paio: qualche giorno e il difetto si ripresenta anche sulle nuove. Torno una terza volta al negozio. L'ottico decide di rimandare anche queste al laboratorio, chiedendo di "analizzarle per capire da cosa dipenda". Attendo altre due settimane senza occhiali (lavorando ogni giorno su PC è stata un'esperienza inebriante), alla fine me ne viene fornito un ennesimo paio senza alcuna spiegazione sul perchè si ripresentasse il problema, questa volta mi vengono dati già graffiati. A maggio, dopo pochi mesi di utilizzo, piegandomi in avanti mi cadono a terra. Risultato: due buchetti al centro della lente sinistra la rendono inutilizzabile. Conclusione: ho cambiato ottico e ho ordinato lenti di altra marca, certamente di qualità vera, certamente antigraffio e certamente duraturi.
Six years ago I bought a pair of RayBan sunglasses from their shop in Valletta, Malta. I always took great care of them and still...a few months ago the coating on the lenses started to peel off!! Unheard of with RayBan. I have another pair of RayBan aviator sunglasses which my late father bought in 1950 (75 years ago) and they are still intact!!
I now agree with a lot of the other people commenting here, EssilorLuxottica sell cheap stuff. I have a sinking feeling that I did not buy a genuine RayBan from them and I still paid close to €200 for them.. and from what I read here, EssilorLuxottica will do nothing about it. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.
They just don't respond to customer issues. They have dishonest employees and their online "help desk" is a farce. They claim they have a 5 day response window for tickets, but in reality it is 5+ months, and you still won't hear back. I have a chain of 20 emails submitted through their ticketing system that have not been resolved. They ignore everything. They know their products are cheap so they won't support them.
Sunglasses hut/ Ray Ban (EssilorLuxottica) ordered twice, first ordered from Ray Ban they sent was wrong item then they refused to refund saying its against they're policy even though they did not send what I had ordered I had to really fight to get my refund. Second time ordered from sunglasses hut order didn't arrive but said it was delivered. Item was birthday gift explained this to the customer service team still had time to recive the items before I needed it I said if the Items won't be able to be delivered by this date I would just like a refund. Customer service had to investigate which normal practise. They sent me emails I filled in forms sent of documents they needed. After confirming they item wasn't delivered again refused to give me a refund of a larger amount because it's against the sunglass hut policy. Instead they sent out what they class as replacement but technically it would by the original order for me as before we do not give refunds on replacement items EssilorLuxottica will try everything to scam your money out of you and keep it. Using word like custom items or replacements on both they won't give refund on. This started 25/11/24 and still on going now they refuse to reply and taking over £400
I had ordered replacement parts for my Oakley sunglasses. Parts arrived but they were not the correct parts. I contacted Essilor Luxottica and was instructed to return the parts at my expense and was told once the parts were received they would credit my credit card. The parts were received but no credit has been issued. I have tried to contact them 5 times and no response.
The company takes orders and money but never delivers. They used to be OK. Now they are a legit scam. Do not use!!
I ordered sunglasses New Wayfarer Polarized from Rayban/Luxottica at Sedico Italy & sent me sunglasses with lenses No Polarized that cost lesser price. The Rayban's box had barcode, scan etiquette and info that the product has Polar Lenses but the sunglasses inside wasn't Polarized. Is like to buy a mobile phone, at the box to be the model that you paid and inside to has a different and cheaper model. When i came in contact for to replace they informed me that they don't have it when at their online shop looks Available. When i asked them "You sold me an unavailable product & you send me a wrong and cheaper sunglasses?", the answer was "We have problem to our Warehouse". About the other product that i ordered the pair of eyewear they sold it & accepted the money without the product to be Available when again at their online shop showed Available.

Nach 3 Jahren Lotuseffekt weg und Einfärbung funktionierte schon nach 2.5 Jahren nicht mehr. Entgegen der tollen Werbeversprechen auch nicht kratzfest. Null Kulanz. Bin sehr enttäuscht.
