It was my impression goods where printed and shipped locally, but I got an extra invoice for customs clearance fees via shipping company PostNL. The UK has left EU...

Processing and shipping took much longer than expected. 2,5 weeks total for a shipment to the Netherlands... Ordered on 28th of March, delivered on the 16th April.

I ordered 2 shirts. One shirt is of good quality, the otherone is of poor quality, you can look through it. Not as expected for the price I paid for it. 42,95 euro for a single bad quality t-shirt topped with 10,50 euro for import duties.

Dissapointing!

The ordered goods got stuck at the Czech Customs Office - they are demanding an IOSS number (a document including an IOSS number)...I do not have any experience with that either, but the communication with your Customer Service has been hopeless so far!!! Have written many emails regarding that with no response...

What I ordered arrived quite quickly. Well packaged.

Using PayPal I purchased an item I needed for a gift for a friend. Email acknowledgment came through immediately explaining I should expect my item to be posted within 2-4 working days. Ordered over the Xmas period so expected a couple of days extra.
Began to worry as no mail tracking provided after a reasonable/expected amount of time passed, so emailed. No reply. Sent a message via messenger. No reply. After some crafty research on my PayPal account I located a different email address to whom my payment had been sent, so emailed them chasing up my product. I did receive a reply the following day and my item was eventually mailed (tracking number provided not traceable on the Royal Mail website however - concerning!).
The item has arrived and is of reasonable quality for the money I have paid but the company have let themselves down with their shambolic communication and postage methods.
I would advise if purchasing from Essential Republik use a payment method you are happy you can claim back from and approach with caution.

I returned a hoodie that was too small in exchange for a larger size. It was sent via recorded delivery, yet 6 e-mails later I’ve still had not one reply nor a replacement or refund. Still waiting….
