We had a wonderful relaxing holiday to Mykonos booked through Essential Experiences. The website is easy to use, a good selection of holiday destinations with amazing prices. The customer service team are excellent and thankfully noticed a slight typo with one of the names on the booking; the team were able to sort this for me immediately, making me assured my holiday reservation was in good hands.

Beautiful and relaxing place.
Hospitality 8/10 due to one staff not very helpful and not friendly. Restaurant dining food was not really great but the buffet are fantastic and so many choices.

We'd stay again!
On arrival the room was very clean with a few make up marks on pillows, hairs in the bed linen and in the shower tray.
I raised this with the staff at the hotel via the WhatsApp function and we were offered an upgrade due to the inconvenience and gave a massive apology.
Great service, great features however the rooms are a little dark and could do with more occasional lighting plus the bathroom has limited places to put things whilst in the shower.

Essential Experiences were great!
Essential Experiences are great! We flew to Corfu for an all inclusive holiday. Unfortunately the hotel wasn’t what we were expecting. The staff were bad, the food was poor and our room wasn’t correct. We alerted Essential Experiences about our issues and they instantly contacted the resort. 24 hours later, with constant updates, they had managed to sort our problems allowing us to enjoy the rest of our stay in Corfu. I had a great weekend away at the Radisson Edwardian hotel in Manchester thanks to my voucher from Essential experience. Firstly booking was simple and was delighted to see the total cost once applying my gift voucher. The trip was top notch. The only way to travel
Absolutely amazed by professionalism and efficiency of the staff. Had to deal with lots of flight cancellations and refunds which normally is everyone’s nightmare. But theses guys were absolutely brilliant and sorted everything out. Very grateful and very impressed. Couldn’t recommend enough.
