Having sought that once in a lifetime trip, I found a villa in Santorini that was not listed on the Essential Experiences website. So I was absolutely thrilled when I contacted them and they worked hard to find an alternative or secure the one I chose. And they did it with style - they secured the villa I chose at a great price. The customer services team were helpful, thorough and efficient and I cannot highly recommend them enough. If you want first class attention to detail from a committed Customer Services team, this is the operator to use.

A Great First Experience is Essential!
On searching around for holidays to Japan for Christmas, I was recommended to try Essential Experiences. I made contact with the customer service team who were very helpful in offering advice with some recent changes in travel restrictions post covid which were still impacting Japan at the time.
They were also very helpful in providing flight and accommodation options. The trip was great and the booking information which detailed the flights, accommodation with maps etc was a nice touch. I used these as a reference point to stay organised as I stayed in multiple locations.
The accommodation options are varied and can cater to all budgets. I was very pleased with ANA Airlines who I had not flown with before. The accommodation was all conveniently positioned and very comfortable. I’ll definitely be booking with Essential Experiences in the future after such a positive first experience.

Turkey was one of a KIND
Turkey was truly an memorable holiday! Given the current climate of the country & the natural disaster that did not take away from their kindness and hospitality. Very busy street that we stayed on so not the best if you're looking for a quiet get away but because I went with my family none of that truly mattered. The FOOD WAS AMAZINGGGGG! Like I'm still craving the grilled meat to this day. Would most defiantly recommend this travel agency to my friends

Efficient booking and great customer service
I booked flights for 6 people on Essential Experiences to the south of France for a wedding in a few months. The search function was easy to use and I found it more transparent than Skyscanner (which pulls prices together, but then you have to book externally and oftentimes the prices are higher than on their search engine). I was able specify luggage requirements, what airline I wanted to travel with, and the time of day I wanted to go. A great feature was how I could toggle the leaving & returning airport to be the same, as I had searched for any London flights, but this meant I could guarantee I was flying in and out of the same airport rather than two on opposite sides of the city. The booking process was great, and gave me the opportunity to book a hire car as well as accommodation. While I didn't need to book a hotel as we are staying with family, there were some great choices across all price points.
The payment process was smooth and easy, and my confirmation email came through immediately. When I had some questions during the booking process, I used the live chat on the website and the team were very helpful - special thanks to Stuart and Joaquin for troubleshooting my questions!
Normally booking flights for 6 people is like herding cats, but Essential Experiences made sure I got the best flights and prices for my needs, and the attentive customer service was far better than what I have experienced with other online booking systems in the past. Next time I travel I'll definitely book with Essential Experiences!
