Been using them for 10yrs. Always efficient and have an easy to navigate website. Only issue which we have always had is the non sending of the transfer voucher. Always have to ring to ask for it to be sent. The information is contained in the confirmation email but the driver always asks for QR code.

The whole experience is so easy, their website is great and bookings is done in minutes.
Their prices is lower than anyone else including the hotels themselves, same goes for skipass, ski rental, insurance.
It feels so nice knowing that the company you buy from deliver in every area.
Once your booking is done, everything is in the app, no need to print out anything (as a ng as your phone is charged)

One a week ago I checked the prices for an accommodation. This week, with the "Black Friday sale" they announce 30% off for the exact same accommodation. The prices are up by more than 20€ per person than they were before the sale. This is an illegal practice.

We would like to explain that for ski trips, it is crucial to book in advance, in order to be able to find early booking rates. This way, you will be able to benefit from cheaper rates.
You should keep in mind that, although Black Friday discounts are high, the snow season is about to start! For this reason, accommodation and also different services are increasing in price. However, this fact is beyond the control of Esquiades.com, as we are subject to the rates applied to us.
Gilberto, we are really sorry that you have this wrong feeling with us.

Good prices and a very good layout of the website, making it very easy to navigate and select all the options and extras. The only downside is not having it clear in the FAQs that some hotels may not allow you to select and apply the non-skier discount.

We booked a ski weekend for a large group including hotel rooms, ski passes and equipment rentals. The overall experience is very positive, the booking process was smooth and the options were clearly accessible. We even had the opportunity to modify the booking to add an additional person without major complications.
