Absolutely shocking service.

Absolutely shocking service.
Purchased 3 items for cooker and received no confirmation of order.
After days of emailing I was sent order number to check tracking.
Have put this no. In and it doesn’t recognise it.
Never again, pay a little more and buy local and in Ireland

Tremendous service

I have used espares in the past and never have I been dissatisfied with anything that I have ordered, however I must say on this occasion that they have excelled with their service. I ordered a part for a fridge and it didn't fit l contacted espares and I received a prompt reply from zanick , he organised a full refund and not only that he and the rest of the team left no stone unturned searching for a replacement part. I was really impressed by espares and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking a new part for an appliance. Ps, the manufacturer has discontinued the item so no joy but a full refund nonetheless.

Dyson Parts , delivered to my door

Parts arrived within a couple of days of being ordered, just as described, delivered right to my door, saving the hassle of trying to find an outlet that supplies the parts that I would have had to travel to. So great service :-)
