I ordered over 60 days ago and still have not it. I've also called the phone number and is disconnected. I have emailed them and got no response.

I ordered over 2 weeks ago and still nothing. The order is still open and now there phone number does not work! I think they may be going out of business.

Very friendly, speedy postal service
At first, I didn't know if this was a real business because it took the 2nd day for someone to call me back but when she did she was very friendly and very helpful at picking out the right items. She even added a couple of extra items for the delay in calling me back. The prices are really good and I received my items in 4 days which included the weekend and Martin Luther King day. I will be ordering from them again.

I received my order quicker than expected and am very pleased with the purchasing experience, cost, and the products. eSmokeClub.com provides a high level of service and fast shipping.
Regarding the products -- absolutely satisfied. Their NPRO replacement carts are of a much higher quality than the factory originals, and much more easily facilitate refilling. I'm thrilled with the USB pass-through device, as well as the car and wall charges. They all work (thus far) perfectly.
