Poor product- Keotine Meter. It is not accurate, results widely vary even when using correctly according to instructions. It's a gimmick!!
Refund not allowed as over 30days but I wanted to give it time to check the analysis. Rubbish on all accounts.

I ordered some speakers from Valumedia. 10 days later, having not received the items, I sent an email asking after them. I had a one line email telling me they were not in stock, with no reorder planned so my order could not be fulfilled, with no apology. Avoid

Ordered 3 weeks ago, still not received item (reported as in stock, with 3-5 day delivery estimate)

Cannot get in touch with the company, no reply by email, and cannot find a phone number. Called the company who own the domain, they didn't seem to know anything about it.

Don't know how they stay in business.

I scared the internet for a scan journe after seeing it on QVC, out of stock on the first few sites I seen, went onto valuemedia and they had it so I ordered it. About three weeks later I forgot about it, seen it on ebay for half the price, so I ordered it received it. Then a week later I received the email saving it was despatched, no problem I will return it I thought. After numerous emails and getting my credit card company involved the item was never refunded.

Items were not in stock despite being listed as so on site. No notice of this from site until I chased up order a week later.
